The Town Center is across from the Midwest City, OK, Welcome Center; Tinker AFB; Tinker Bicentennial Park. It is north of I-240, and north of I-40, off exit 157C. It's north of SE 29th Street, south of SE 15th Street, east of S. Air Depot Blvd, and west of S. Midwest Blvd. Details: The Town Center was opened in 2005 and was completed in 2007. There are about 56 stores, restaurants, and services in a 90 plus acre area. I've listed them out, almost in order of location, starting from the west, off Air Depot Blvd, and going east towards Midwest Blvd. Most of the restaurants are along SE 29th Street, towards the front of the Plaza, so it's easier to see and get to them. The base stores, Lowe's, Best Buy, JCPenney, Target, Marshall's, and Kohl's, are situated to the rear of the Plaza; with the remaining stores, food places, and services in the middle stores. During December, the Plaza Market area is decorated with Christmas decorations and lights, with a huge Christmas tree in the center of the Market. Personal Experience: I've been to 15 of the listed restaurants and stores, and with the exception of a bad dining experience at Chili's; the places I've been to are clean and the staff have been nice and helpful. I was leery about the quality the first time I shopped here, but I have had no issues with the jewelry lasting and holding up for a long time. If you like fashion phone cases, they also have a good selection of these for $1. These cases won't protect your phone, but if you just like to change your case out regularly these do the trick. They have a lot of the rhinestone cases and they are the EXACT same cases that they sell at the mall kiosks for $20. I compared them and they have the same packaging and everything. Other items they carry: purses, wallets, hello kitty, officially licensed OU/OSU jewelry & accessories, scarves, gloves, hair accessories, belts, eyelashes, makeup, etc. Beware they have a $5 minimum on credit/debit card charges.

I got to check out with an associate quickly and my return went smoothly. I had my receipt and I had my tag still on my item and I got my refund rather quickly. The employees were very nice very courteous and the store looked pretty clean. The store really picks up and gets busy in the afternoon after 5 PM so if you want to get your shopping done early, come in the morning!

Seriously so frustrating and annoying that she was acting like that towards me while i was in uniform.
