By the time I got there the service person had almost finished I called dispatch and the man who answered remembered my request by said it was an oversight and that I could pay for the time and he could have the service person uninstall for a price which I don't remember but was well higher than just letting him continue. Main point was the dispatcher was very rude. I gave them another chance 7 months later, figured anyone could have a bad day and when I spoke to the same guy he was an absolute jerk when I asked him to be sure and have someone call me before they start the work. I told him never mind and called Ace Water well service out of Choctaw and they were very friendly and took care of me for a fair price and gave me a quote before he began the work and came the same day. They earned my business with friendly communication and great work!

I apologized profusely and told them I was not aware of their closing time. The pharmacist was extremely rude to me. Filled the prescription after I apologized at least three times for showing up just before closing and he continued to let me know that he had nothing better to do than to reopen up his register and to wait on a customer and he had nothing better to do on his Saturday afternoon then to wait on somebody like me wow all I can say is I let him know again that I was sorry for the fifth time and that I would not be going there again.
