They update often now on both IG and FB sites, they will hold items for 24 hours now (thank you again for my LV Speedy bag!!!I love it) and it's a cleaner and more organized place to shop than it's been for the last couple years. Impressed. My bank account may not thank you for the positive changes but my fashion game does. Thanks CM!!!

The website has a way better selection, but you can always ship to the store. Even if they don't carry your bra size, they have the MOST ACCURATE sizing of anywhere in the mall! Way better that VS! The store isn't especially wheelchair friendly but the staff is very friendly and willing to help. I wish there was a better way to browse the top racks without having to ask though. They can't make the store larger, so I understand they're working the best they can, with the space they've got though. The accessibility of the disabled changing room is GREAT! Plenty of space, a bench, and a rack that goes down lower for hanging garments on. I'm a huge fan! I will certainly return, but I do wish they could have a solution for the top rack situation, and to not have so much on top racks that I can't utilize a grabber-tool to reach items If Torrid ever needs a wheelchair model... call me!

Our local one is at the Governor's Square Mall which is getting better each year. I'm glad JCPenney is still around. They have great sales and good quality brands like Disney for the kiddos. That is awesome since we do not have a Disney store at the mall. The toys department looked a bit scarce, but that didn't stop my little one from spotting a Paws Patrol truck. His grandpa was with us, so we went home with it. Lol I was pleasantly surprised to see this store has a Sephora inside. Their jewelry section looked like there was a bit of everything for everyone, including Disney jewelry collections. Perfect for your little or big Princess in your life. (Guys: Hint. Hint.) They has sales that looked tempting also. I bought a nice dress watch on sale from JCPenney's ten years ago. It still works great! What's the saying... takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin' ??
