1st Star: First impressions when walking into this place was good. We felt welcomed in this place, staff was very friendly and very polite. 2nd Star: Sitting down, atmosphere, servers checking on our drinks, all that was good. If you like Zaxby's wings, their wings are very good, just as good as Zacby's. I have a new place now for my traditional wing crave. 3rd Star: Quality of the food, everything tasted good the wings were awesome (I'm bragging a lot about them and I know it). The pizzas were also real good (still eating as I type). 4th Star: Price was good also, the money we spent was very well worth. 5th Star: About 5 staff people came to check on us to make sure we were happy with our meal or to refill drinks. Well, inconsistency seems to be the theme at this restaurant. After a long day on the road, I dropped in here to eat a large Greek Goddess salad and some fried mushrooms. The salad was ginormous and tasty. However, I ended up picking out pieces of bad lettuce (see photo). I was expecting portabella fried mushrooms, like from the last time that I ate here. Nope. Just run-of-the-mill white mushrooms (wet cardboard). After waiting ten minutes for the manager to address my lettuce problem, an employee took responsibility, and after some polite back-and-forth, eventually refunded my money. I'm unsure if I'll return, as the inconvenience of a bad meal isn't worth my time. read more

My wife and I have been here several times and drive over 20 miles to get there although we have several pizza joints around us. Pasta, raviolis, cheese & sausage platters and even burgers are amazing at this place. read more

Service is horrible and the owner simply doesn't care! Airs out his employees business like it's Sunday news! Waited 20 minutes at the bar to be waited on and employees just walked by and didn't even acknowledge me. Locals or regulars were serving their selves. Food is decent when you can get it. Stopped in, traveling through Arkansas. Found this place on yelp. Immediately welcome by friendly, eager staff. Cold beer hit the spot on a hot summer day and pizza was great. We were the only guest sitting outside but were tended to often. Great food and service! Will be back again when coming through. read more

The food was decent. The restaurant was empty and we still get sat in the back room. Then one of four for their food and 15 minutes later I went to the counter to see what the deal was and there are two more of our plates sitting on the counter. Then we didn't get checked on a single time. Service was way worse than I expected. I won't be returning. read more

Totally worth it to take a slight detour on a road trip to get a pizza, salad and beer. Plenty of selections on draft for my simple palate. Good chicken on the Caesar. Hawaiian pizza, other than having nice cracker crust, was probably of the type that puts folks off of hawaiian pizzas: heavy on the cheese, light on the sauce, undercooked-too-thick fruit. Yesterday was my first time dining at the Hot Stone on a 'road trip'. I enjoyed a great lunch at a reasonable price with great service. If you are traveling across Arkansas on US 64, I encourage you to consider stopping here for a meal. The great thing about this restaurant is being able to pick whatever you want on your pizza without being charged for every single item. The pizza crust was so good!! There were four people in our group and each one really liked being able to pick their own ingredients instead of having to decide who would eat what on pizza for dinner. Highly recommend. read more

We went to Hot Stone this evening. It was our first visit and will be the last. We waited 45 minutes with zero interest from any of the wait staff. The waitress who finally took our drink order was rude and could have cared less. Couldn't answer any questions about the menu and acted like she was bored. We waited another 15 min. for our drinks and left. Witnessed the same wait staff being rude to other customers. They also showed us their food. It was disgusting. Limp greasy fries and the wrong orders. The waitress actually cut another person's sandwich in half and slapped it down in front of the person whose order she messed up! Do not waste toy4 time more money at this place. read more
