My husband, fiancé at the time, and I went to the testing, Jennifer took care of us and we expressed our menu was going to be pork-free and it was reflected in our options, chicken and steak. About a month before the wedding they changed the contact person as Jennifer left the company. This cause a great deal of stress in me due to the fact that when I spoke with Maria she seemed that she did not have a clue if what I was talking about, regarding all the menu and specifics, I had already discuss with Jennifer and changed completely the quote adding a good $800 extra to quote. Come wedding day, first, I had nice matching silverware and the team decided to put the metal silverware next to the silver wear. Here the common sense was not used. This clashed with the decor. I remember mentioning to put the silverware next to the food so if people wanted to use those instead of the ones in the table they had the choice. Secondly, the caesar salad had bacon on it and it was pre-made. Once again, I was very explicit about not wanting pork in the menu. Half of my family ended not been able to eat the salad and I found this so annoying as I paid almost $2,400 for the services. Third, the head server approach me at some point of the wedding to ask me about the services and I told her how I was feeling and told her 'not great'. To this day NOBODY from this company has reached out to me for feedback. Needless to say they won't have my business nor recommendation in the future. Lastly, keep in mind it has been almost a full year of my wedding and I still feel strongly about it all.
