Their turnaround is super-speedy (within 24 hours if needed) and they will hand-deliver your order if your business is within walking distance of their location. Manager Pamela Pua is absolutely exceptional; friendly and knowledgable, and the type of person who will remember your name and face from jobs you ordered several years ago! Their website was easy to navigate and when I looked at the pricing, I couldn't believe they offered 50% off their prints, if customers pick them up at their downtown TO office. Lucky for me, I live quite close by! I sent an email asking for a quote, with the image I wanted printed and asked if it would be high enough quality for the size I was considering. I received a prompt reply a few hours later with a proof and answers to my questions. I confirmed my purchase and asked for it to be ready in a week and a half when I would be available to pick up. The process was almost too easy! I received an email only 3 days later letting me know that my print was already completed. Yowza that's fast!! When I picked up, the office space was really interesting and had a creative vibe. They had my print right up front and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Customer service was great throughout the entire experience. I surprised my boyfriend with a canvas of an online painting of the two of us and it looks incredible up on the wall. The photo is also tighter to the frame -- I don't think it will morph or get loose as my other photos have. I was impressed with the quick and knowledgeable responses I received. I was worried the low-medium resolution of my photo would result in a pixelated photo. Mr. Photo Canvas convinced me otherwise and I'm glad I trusted them. My print is stunning. I ordered a beautiful wooden canoe paddle and wanted the gift-receivers name engraved on the bottom. I popped in with the paddle, told them my vision and it was perfect and ready for pickup within a week. About three days after dropping it off, they sent me a few options to choose from, and it looked *exactly* like the one I chose. Now that I know I can laser etch things with such ease, shit around my house is getting monogrammed. Because, again, LASERS ARE COOL.

The other staff are friendly, sincere in their interactions, helpful and really kind about explaining the processes even though it's a busy place. The first job I brought here was done perfectly. I was also grateful that they were willing to take a small job. The second job got kind of messed up. Delivery of the end product was late and I ended having to hand cut everything because the precision wasn't there. There was also a lot of waste of the material. The owner didn't really seem to care about that and I didn't want to get into it with him.
