I visited today at 14.15 with my husband. Service was shocking. Staff were packing food away…read morealready. After 10 minutes I still hadn't been served yet there was only one person in front of me who was waiting for his drink. The person taking orders and money was the same one who was making drinks! Three others were packing up 9 containers of food and ignoring the fact we were waiting to be served. Couple behind us walked out. No one seemed to be in charge. The final straw was when a customer walked in whilst I was waiting to be served and was asked by one of the young girls who previously had been packing food 'can I help you?' 'Yes' said the customer I'll have one of those pasties of which there were two and which my husband and I were planning on ordering had we not suddenly become invisible to the staff team at Good Taste. I will not be returning.

The Vintage Cake House Farnham. Visited this shop 28/02/14…read more I was struck by how dirty the waitress's apron was when she came to serve us. It was not just slightly dirty it was disgustingly filthy. This makes you wonder how clean the rest of the establishment is. This shows a lack of standards and professionalism. Whilst I accept aprons will get dirty, when you are customer facing it is important to present the right image, either change the apron or take it off when front of house. Could do better!!!!
