According to the marketing, sandwiches at Upper Crust have a three hour "life" on them. I can confirm that mine was marked with a time stamp. My Chicken and Bacon was quite fresh and after spending a few minutes in the pressini was absolutely decicious! When I need a quick sandwich for the train, Upper Crust is a great choice.
