The majority of my experience with Argentum has been on their "hot sets" this is a service they offer to help actors get footage for their reels. Argentum sets up a set, and then shoots the actors in the scene. They use professional quality cameras, sound equipment, editing, color grading, etc... They also film on multiple cameras so that once edited the clip looks professional, and most importantly looks like something that could actually be seen on film, or television. Argentum also uses professional actors as your scene partners, and the actors will also work with you to make sure that you're getting the best performance possible! They're also happy to let you bring your own scene partner. The guys that run the "hot sets" are great as well. They're extremely helpful, and really work hard to make sure that every scene turns well. They're also just cool guys. I know that might sound silly, but when you're spending time with people it helps that they're nice. The price is reasonable for the service being offered, and the quality is high. For anyone looking to add some footage to their reel I would definitely recommend Argentum. I'd recommend them for other actor services as well.

My experience with JIG Reel Studios became much bigger than just getting footage for my acting…read morereel. One of the biggest things Justin teaches is that acting is not only an art -- it's a business. He pushed me to think beyond simply auditioning and hoping someone gives me an opportunity. I learned how to approach my materials, representation, networking, and career with much more intention. And the results speak for themselves: during my mentorship, I started seriously submitting for representation, took meetings, and I GOT SIGNED! That was a huge milestone for me and something I'm extremely proud of. I also took another major step in my career by producing and acting in my own short film. Justin constantly encouraged me to stop waiting for permission and start creating my own opportunities, and that mindset completely changed the way I approach this industry. If you're willing to put in the work, ask questions, and actually apply what you're learning, there is so much you can take away from JIG. I came in wanting a stronger reel and walked away with a better understanding of the business, my own short film, representation, and a completely different mindset about my career. I'm incredibly grateful for Justin, the mentorship, and the growth that came from my time at JIG Reel Studios. Thank You! MW

Thank you to Newton, Kenzo, Shaina, Carter, Veronica, and Justin! Definitely recommend JIG to all actors who are looking for professionally filmed clips for their demo reels!

I knew I needed to find a studio to be part of and practice the craft constantly. I audited so so so many studios around and found AMAW, which was the one that I was attracted to and intrigued by the most. I have been studying so many technics whether in Brazil or here in LA and I was still not feeling I was improving as I believed I could. The school helped me to regain my confidence because of the simplicity of the work they do. It is not easy, but it is very simple! All based on using the truth of who you are and what you are feeling in the moment applied to the script you have in hand. And, so... let the magic be revealed. There is so much I discovered about myself! This is the safest school you can get. The staff and teachers are phenomenal and they will take care of you! You will find lots of students shooting TV shows as well as working producers who partner with the school and build workshops where you can develop your professional skills and actually book work. I love and recommend the school to anyone, whether you are pursuing an acting career, or just looking to develop your power of expression, so you can thrive in sales, public speaking, or any other area of your interest.
