The Cave in is seriously one of the most delicious fruity cocktails you will ever have giving you a nice buzz which is a mix of Gin, Vodka, Rum, orange juice and six mixers. Since the drinks are delicious but potent I wouldn't have more than two or have a safe way to get home! My husband and I started off with the cheese curds which were okay but it threw me off that the Dubuque Mining Company doesn't make their own restaurant style in house made ranch which I took a star off for. When I asked for ranch they only had Hidden Valley Ranch Packets. As a ranch dressing lover, I honestly judge restaurants on their ranch :) which I love dipping my fries in, eating with other sandwhiches, salads, and cheese curds. The ratio was definitely off tonight, for the first time. The place is clean and brightly lit. I do wish the soda machine didn't have so much carbonation. It takes forever to fill a cup with all the start and stop for foam to go down. I do wish there was more consistency here. It seems the employees each do their own thing. Not everyone wants a DQ app so we will get our ice cream somewhere that you don't need to download their app to be able to purchase all products.
