From showing me how to do the simplest things on my car, to helping me find parts and rig up fixes, and hosting awesome races, I cannot find anything to complain about. If I could give 6 stars I would. This place is an absolute gem. Please never go away! When you enter, you will be in the hobby shop which is a fully stocked and well sorted RC car hobby shop. They have yet to not have the part I need and have plenty in stock for many brands of RC cars. In the back is the indoor clay 1/10th offroad RC track. It has a great and ever changing layout. Behind the track is a large pit area where racers set up and work on their cars. The amount of help I have gotten from the other racers cannot be measured. When not asking for help, help is offered anyway. Everyone works together to make sure everyone has what they need and has a great time. It really is a great community here. Outside is a small rock crawling course as well as a large turf track. I have yet to run on it but have watched videos and it looks like a blast. I look forward to running outdoors in the summer. Food is like crappy high school cafeteria food at restaurant prices, so keep your expectations low. Bring cash for betting (and there are several ATMs in the building). Whoops! CONs: -- At $20 a rider - admission was a bit more expensive than I expected. Though it was my first time at a motocross track so perhaps I just don't know. After explaining it was for me to putt around on he said there was one area we were allowed to ride it far from the other tracks - gee, thanks. After all is said, Jewel Motocross Track was an "OK" experience in my book. I doubt I'll be making my way back any time soon - but wouldn't mind if I did.

Each racer got two 12 lap races, food & drink, one hour reserved seating, arcade tokens & top finishers got medals - plus all racers got to race together with a reserved time. The price was about $80 per racer. We paid separately for additional food for spectators. These go carts are electric, so no smell & pretty quiet. A few things to note, racers need to be at least 48 inches tall & if you have more than twelve racers you then split into two groups. Also, K1 has an Arrive & Drive option for just racing, it's first come first serve. The day we went was for a birthday. After checking in racers registered & signed waivers after which they got balaclavas & helmets. Instructions were given but it was rather hard to hear. Our racers had a blast...they loved it - it was a great experience. Right after racing our lunch was ready, it was served buffet style. We choose Cheese & Pepperoni Pizzas, BBQ & Buffalo Chicken Wings & soft drinks. There were no salad or vegan options. The pizza was good, however the wings were even better & delicious. Since we were a big group we had a private party room. The only outside food allowed was dessert. Our party ran smoothly, the staff was friendly & very helpful. All in all a great time!

The atmosphere was awesome from the moment we arrived. I have never been in a place with so many cowboy hats. It truly felt like stepping into a whole different world. Cowboys and cowgirls everywhere!Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and social. Even people sitting next to us were chatting and excited to talk about the events. The energy in the Denver Coliseum was great, and seeing all the different rodeo events was really neat. Price: I bought our tickets online directly from the National Western Stock Show website. Tickets for the MLK Rodeo were about $44-$45 per person. Each day or event has a different price, so it depends on what you choose, but I felt the price was fair for the experience. Transportation: We drove our own car, and transportation itself was fine, but parking was honestly ridiculous. I saw parking prices as high as $70. We ended up finding a spot not too far away for $40, which still felt expensive. If you live in downtown Denver, I would highly recommend taking an Uber or Lyft it would probably be cheaper and way less stressful. Crowd: It was honestly pretty crowded almost every seat was filled but it was still a really good time. Even with how packed it was, there was enough space between seats to stay comfortable and not feel cramped. My husband and I were sitting at the very top in the middle, and we still had a great view of everything. Honestly, it seems like there isn't really a bad seat in the Denver Coliseum. Events: All of the events were fun to watch, but my favorite part was definitely the kids hanging onto the sheep mutton busting. It was adorable and had the whole crowd cheering. Since it was my first rodeo, everything felt exciting and new, and there was always something happening to keep things interesting. Overall: This was a great experience, especially for a first-time rodeo. The atmosphere, events, and friendly crowd made it really special. I would highly recommend attending the National Western Stock Show at least once . It's fun, unique, and something you won't forget.

The food concessions were basic, thank goodness for the food trucks outside but some of them were super pricey for a basic dish of one taco for example. Also see emergency egress as an issue due to the number of vendor inside. The show was good and the competitions were well done.

It seems like they are only open at night which is awesome because I love going to the park at night as it creates a whole new atmosphere that the day can't match from the sights and sounds you can't really go wrong with a night at the park! Lots of this park is very run down like it really needs some help which made me kinda sad but happy to see it's still in operation if I had the money I'd totally fix it up and keep it nostalgic to its roots like get the roller coaster going and what not! It was a great place for a corporate event with many different options that accommodate everyone. Everything was going great but when I went to the bar with my coworkers who wanted a drink, I was halfway done with my second drink, and i'd like to say mine were not boozy. My coworker offered to buy me a drink and I said sure, the bartender (not the same as the one who originally served me) took the money and charged for the drinks. She comes back and says that she can't give me my drink until the current one is gone, so I have no option but to finish it right there. I'm then talking to my coworkers and she comes back and tells me "This will be your last drink as I am noticing some slurring in your speech. Do you have a ride home" I'm in literal shock, what did you say? I am no where near being cut off, yes I have a ride home, myself. I ask my coworkers, am I slurring, they state that i'm talking normally. I was tongue tied my whole life and got a frenectomy a few years ago to help with it but I continue to have a speech impediment as I did not go to speech therapy. I thought I was done being called out for not speaking like everyone else. Days later i'm still thinking about this and it hurts that people are still making me feel less of a person for the way I speak and enunciate. I spent almost $1,000 there for a corporate event and I got cut off for having a speech impediment, I felt humiliated in front of my coworkers, that is clear discrimination.
