We were in a pinch and needed a 2nd bartender. I was on the fence as we live in Orange County and continued to search closer to home. It was my Son's 21st birthday and he wanted a fun young bartender....24 hours prior to our event ...David was able to make it happen ! Nikki was fabulous, fun and professional , the crowd loved her ! We would definitely use Hotbartenders.com for future events ... read more

They falsley advertise on their website. Bait and switch. They have super models online then provide you with less than avarage staff

I called hotbartenders.com to hire a bartender for my Halloween event that was on October 29, 2022. I was told a price after speaking to someone, then I completed the required booking forms, sent them back and booked. I was then contacted and told the prices had changed as it's a holiday weekend. I agreed to the new pricing (even though it was very steep) and waited for the information of the bartenders they had in mind for my event. Two days after I made the booking I was contacted to be told that no one was available. I called and told them I was unhappy with this service as we are now just days away from my event and that it will be hard for me to find someone else at such short notice. I was called back and told they had found someone and sent me details of the barman for my approval, I approved with their selection. However, 2 days before the event I received an email advising me me that the guy I had booked had now booked another job. They asked if I would be ok with them sending someone else. I had no choice at this point as the party was in a day or so! So yes I agreed! Another guy showed up, he was ok but you wouldn't say he was "HOT"! He did his job well (so well that he even went home with one of the guys who was a guest) Not very professional would you say! However I gave him a $200.00 tip, plus all the tips he made throughout the night (which was very substantial) I was also charged over $650.00 by hotbartenders.com for their services. So in a nutshell if you want the fear of not getting the barman that you booked, prices changing in-between your booking, have them cancel the day before, then send you your average everyday looking barman, who does their job well but makes out with a guest, leaves with them and it costs you just short of $1000.00 for 7 hours, then this is the service for you! Bartending services. I needed a bartender for my birthday pool party and I called these guys. I thought the pricing was reasonable and I like that you could order on the website without calling anyone. Yulia arrived on time and did an amazing job. I am glad I found them and will be using them again. read more

I used Hot Bartenders for my best friend's bachelorette party and it worked out so perfectly! Hot Bartenders were extremely easy to book with, up front about costs, and are also available for last minute bookings! I booked our bartender 10 days before the event. We had Andrew as our bartender. Andrew was professional, did not drink on the job, was really cool, and definitely made for a fun day. I would definitely recommend Hot Bartenders for a bachelor / bachelorette party or any other event! read more

This review may be sort of an unusual perspective, but I've been on both sides of this company. I've bartended for Hot Bartenders, and have attended events staffed by Hot Bartenders. It is hands down the best bartending staffing company in LA. Let me tell you about my perspective working for Hot Bartenders. David, the owner, gets excellent clients who treat bartenders well. The jobs usually have the lowest workloads, and they pay the most. The best part is that David understand that servers and bartenders work because they need money now, not in a month, and he goes above and beyond to pay fast. Very fast. I'm talking within 7 days getting money deposited into your account. The other side of it is that I've been to several parties staffed by Hot Bartenders. Their bartenders are ALWAYS attractive, charismatic, and add an extremely positive element to a party's look and feel. Let me tell you, if you're planning a party, you don't want just ANY bartender. Do you want to drive ANY car? Do you want to eat ANY mexican food? Probably not. Hot Bartenders hires quality people who are worth the price. If you need quality party staffing, you don't need to look any further. They get the job done right. read more

I've never hired a bartender for an event before so I had several questions before committing. This company wasn't the first I called but they were the first to promptly answer their phone call, answer all of my questions, no pressure me into anything, send me a shopping list and give me advice on signature drinks to make. They also have an interesting Youtube channel that has instruction drink making videos. The Bartender was great and a huge hit with the ladies =). I also liked the fact they let you pick which bartender you want off their website. Great overall experience and will definitely go back to them again! read more

I called Hot Bartenders for a surprise for my fiancee's bachelor party. David walked me through options and gave me all the information I needed. He was prompt, easy to work with an transparent. He found the perfect gal to bartend their party. Holly is gorgeous, personable, funny and professional. She even taught the guys a silly little dance routine which they absolutely loved. I highly recommend Hot Bartenders. They are great all around. read more

My friend then a Super Bowl party and I couldn't believe how much better the bartenders made it. When I decided to plan my birthday party, I gave them a call, checked out their site and reviews, and confirmed with my friend as well. They ended up being a pure pleasure to work with! Their customer service is fast to respond, prompt and professional. They are transparent with their prices on their site unlike a lot of other companies I checked out and they even let you pick who you want to work your event, which I thought was a fun and creative idea. Originally, I thought the name was funny--but then I got sucked into the catalog of bartenders and had fun choosing who I wanted. Service was perfect, staff went above and beyond and I now have them in my rolodex...well my cell phone for future use . read more

Love this company! They did an amazing job on my last two events. My bosses wife was so impressed and even commented on how HOT the bartenders were. This is something you would never hear her say. They made bomb drinks, were really friendly and new exactly what to make you if you weren't sure what you wanted This is the a company I have recommended to several work colleagues and friends that have large and small parties. The process to get set up was seamless as David took care of all the planning and getting the supplies needed. I would give 10 stars if I could!!! read more

Hired HotBartenders for a few events. They made it super fast and painless to book. The rentals were as advertised and the guests really enjoyed the light up bar. The staff were incredibly helpful as I needed to move the bar inside due to weather change. Overall the staff were very professional, attractive and friendly and kept the parties going smoothly each time. David also helped run some extras over for a dinner rental that I forgot to order, and needed last minute. Saved my event! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend and will be using you again soon! read more

I've been using Hot Bartenders LA since 2009, and I wouldn't use any other service :) David is amazing and has such great attention to detail. He is extremely reliable as are the staff he has carefully selected! We just hosted a christmas party in December 2013, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly thanks to David and his spectacular team. I've never been disappointed by any of the staff or services he has provided. We have used his company for parties as small as 20, to several with 300+ guests, and I've always had a wonderful experience. Angel and Joel are both particularly amazing, and I always recommend Hot Bartenders LA to any friends who are planning an event! read more

Customer service was worth the five stars alone! Actually answered their phone. Booking process was fast and easy and I was able to select who I wanted to work my event. Tried to rent a bar from other companies but they have a price minimum of $500 so was able to rent just one white bar from them as well that lit up different colors. Very happy with service and will definitely be a repeat! Thank you! read more

This review is overdue by 9 months...Yikes! I originally contacted Hot Bartenders to hire...well, bartenders for our company holiday party last December and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offered so much more in the way of event planning and execution. I worked with David Waddleton and I can't say enough good things about the incredible service that he provided from the first time I contacted him to the conclusion of our event. David was very responsive and very patient with my multiple questions and emails leading up to the party and he was onsite the entire day of the event (12+ hours) to make sure everything ran smoothly. He even helped me set up chairs that were provided by another vendor (and there were a lot of them)! Just a great guy to work with and a good person in general. We ended up using Hot Bartenders to provide: A full bar for 6-hours, which included a cool 6' bar with LED lights and 2 bartenders (although the company provided extra bar staff, which was great), a fire performer, a Magic Castle magician, a bouncy house (w/basketballs), a mechanical bull (w/operator), Ice & ice storage, and a great stage for our entertainment. We also hired them to provide a balloon artist and face painter for a family-friendly event the next day and the feedback I received was that the artists were very detail-oriented, friendly, and patient. They even knew how to make Skye and Rubble (Paw Patrol) and that impressed everyone. read more

We had such a great time working with Hot Bartenders on a recent event! As an event producer, it is very important that any vendor I hire provides the best service for my clients. David was so professional and responded fast to our initial request for proposal and all follow-up emails and phone calls we had. The process was simple, stress-free and fun! The bar back he provided us was professional, energetic and absolutely amazing with the guests. I would recommend Hot Bartenders in a heart beat and look forward to working with this awesome company again! read more

Seamless experience! Would definitely hire again - David and his team of bartenders are so professional. They really made my event pop!

David contacted my fiancé and apologized for the bartender's behavior. And he fired her for the scam and lying to us taking the $250 dollars cash she was not suppose to take originally payment is suppose to by credit card but she never advised this and took the money. David is very nice and has worked with us since then. My prior review was towards the awful service Sonya gave us but not towards company. Thanks for the help we appreciated it for working with us in this situation. He also gave us a 50% certificate which we are going to give it a try one more time again in our next event. Thanks.. read more

Service was great, only problem I had was that service of a bartender isn't guaranteed. So when I reserved a bartender, a couple days later I had to pick another one because the bartender wasn't available. I believe that I should not be able to pick a bartender if they are not available. read more

Hot Bartenders was a hit for my husband's birthday party. David made everything easy to book, on fairly short notice too. Our bartender Christina was the absolute best!
