I travel and eat at many restaurants and I can say unequivocally that his is one of the best places I have been in my entire life... it is not the 4 Seasons but this is better than that! The burrata was super fresh with a perfectly made balsamic vinagre reduction. The appetizers included his home made olives and an amazing eggplant marinade (I normally hate eggplant!) The pasta was perfect!!! The wine is from his own vineyards!
