Review for this listing: https://www.vrbo.com/4189729?dateless=true…read more "Stellar Condo" , not even close... My wife and I drove 20 hours from Massachusetts for what was supposed to be a week-long stay in Nashville. We checked in and vacated within two hours. Here is what we found: The building access code provided by the host did not work upon arrival. After multiple messages, the host sent a second incorrect code. We were stranded outside for an extended period before finally gaining entry. Vrbo support had to intervene. The pool is listed as a top amenity, the listing literally says "Dive Into Relaxation: Unwind in the top-rated pool." The pool was closed with a posted "DANGER -- POOL CLOSED" sign. This was never disclosed to us at any point before or after booking. It was a primary reason we chose this property. The unit had not been properly cleaned between guests. There was human hair throughout. The sofa, which the listing counts as a sleeping surface for up to four guests, had visible bodily fluid stains on it. There were bugs on the floor. Tile floors were visibly dirty. An upholstered chair was stained and soiled. Christmas and holiday decorations were still up throughout the unit in April, which tells you everything you need to know about how regularly this property is inspected or maintained. Vrbo's Resolutions Team reviewed our case, acknowledged the property failed to meet standards for accurate listing, proper check-in, and reasonable cleanliness, arranged a hotel for us that night, and confirmed in writing that we were entitled to a full refund. The host has refused to honor it. We were extremely disappointed, especially after the long road trip. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. What's advertised and what you'll find are two very different things. We have full photo documentation of everything described above, as well!

I'm surprised I never wrote a review!! Stayed here in October/November 2025 for a conference…read more Place is HUGE!! you don't' even have to step outside for anything. You're in a dome. Reminded me of PARADISE on HULU. About 15 mins from downtown Nashville and BNA

I was really let down by this stay, especially for the price. The room felt extremely dated--the…read morefurniture and overall style looked old and definitely didn't reflect a $600-per-night experience. Even small details were off; one of my coffee packets was already opened and there was no sugar provided, which just added to the disappointment. The bed was another major issue--it was so firm that it actually hurt my back. We booked a two-queen room with a view of the inside park, which was nice, but unfortunately that was the only highlight. Everything else fell short. We also ordered in-room dining from the à la carte menu, and that was just as underwhelming. I paid $34 for pan-seared salmon, and it literally came as just a plain piece of salmon on top of rice--nothing else. For that price, I expected something much better. Honestly, I've had better salmon at places like Dave & Buster's for less. The charcuterie board was just as disappointing--$24 for four small pieces of mediocre meat. Overall, this was easily the worst staycation I've had. With all the hype surrounding this place, I truly expected much more.

If you book this location expecting to be in the center of the action, you will be disappointed…read more However, if you are Just looking for a place away from the craziness of downtown, this is your spot. There aren't any restaurants onsite but there are a handful about a mile or so down the road. At check in, they do rope you into a timeshare meeting so be aware that they will try their hardest to get you in there. The room itself was clean. The front door requires some muscle to close from the inside; it doesn't shut easily. The kitchen cabinets were also discolored on the corners from use. The ice machine in the freezer was slow but the front desk offers bags of ice. Unlike some of the more packed resorts, parking was not a problem here. (Probably due to a combination of CoVid and not being directly downtown). The Grand Old Opry is about a mile away. The Opry Mills Mall is about a mile away as well. There is a shuttle that can take you downtown for about $10/pp round trip. Otherwise, you definitely need a car to get around. The timeshare presentation (owner update) was supposed to be an hour...I think it was an hour and a half for us. And honestly, didn't tell me anything I didn't already know from my own research online.

1 Star because zero stars is not an option…read more Do not believe the promise that these sales presentations only take "an hour." That was absolutely not my experience. What is advertised as a quick presentation turns into hours of pressure, manipulation, and nonstop sales tactics designed to wear you down until you say yes. I felt trapped, misled, and emotionally exhausted by the end of it. They make everything sound wonderful while leaving out the long-term financial burden and difficulty of getting out once you sign. They right out lied to us. My advice: save yourself the stress, wasted time, and future headaches. If they offer you a "free" trip, stay, or experience in exchange for attending a presentation, just pay for the "gift" yourself. In the long run, it will cost you far less than getting stuck in a timeshare contract you regret. I would never do it again, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Check in was fairly easy, but valet parking process was a tad tricky. My comfort level was subpar with how keys and vehicles were handled. I also had chosen to bring my dog with me for this impromptu trip of less than 24 hours, as this was advertised as a pet-friendly property. However, this hotel is not really pet-friendly since there was no designated pet relief area and it was determined that the hotel had been a very bad neighbor to neighboring properties! I was told by reception staff to take my dog to either side of the hotel (off hotel property!), where I immediately saw posted signs forbidding pets in those areas and cameras. Rooms were fairly comfortable for this brief stay. Noise level was mid level and I awoke at 6 AM and decided to go ahead and leave. Had to retrieve my own car from parking garage since no valet on duty at that hour. Also want to add, we stopped at the bar area downstairs for a nightcap before heading to our rooms. This was quite entertaining due to the bartender's interactions with other patrons seated next to us. She downloaded a sh*tload of stories regarding her ex and the WWF/WWE. Would likely not return to stay at this hotel with or without my pet. I've also made sure I have a tracking tag hidden in my vehicle now just in case of situations like this.

I stayed at the Aloft Nashville West End, and I've got to say, it's been the best Aloft experience…read moreI've had so far. The location isn't right in the thick of downtown, but the West End still offers a solid city vibe. Thanks to my Platinum status, I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite--something rare for an Aloft. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The check-in agent was friendly and honest--she suggested I take points instead of the food and beverage credit, which made sense for an Aloft. They provided complimentary water too. Parking's a bit pricey--$15 per day for self-park and $40 for valet--but I found free street parking a couple blocks away by some apartments. If you're lucky, that's an option. Elevators were small, but the hotel wasn't busy when I stayed. I got an eighth-floor room, and while they say the patio isn't a rooftop, it sure felt like one--with a nice skyline view. It's not NYC or LA, but it's a good perspective of Nashville. In short, the staff was on point, the room was ready and spotless, and the upgrade made my work stay a lot more productive. If you want a budget-friendly, spacious option in Nashville, this Aloft delivers.
