They offered to bring it to us and if it did not work out they'd bring it back to their store, not even charging us a delivery fee. As it turned out it did work out and they took our old loveseat with them. which they indicated was probably not worth a whole lot. We thought they could maybe sell it in the store. We gave them a tip to cover their gas but they did not ask for anything. In my book they went above and beyond. Plus they were very nice. Check them out. They had a lot of nice stuff that was well organized and fairly priced. Thanks, George for all you did for us.

Which makes it very frustrating to have to find the sign to see how much something is. From what I could see, there was just one tiny sign for the whole store. I've been to thrift stores like this in the past and they either have multiple signs all around the store or a huge sign plastered on the wall. My overall rating rating is a 2.5.

I spoke with Terrant who was very nice and professional and he sent his Brother Lorenzo to my home the very same day to pick everything up. Lorenzo was also very nice and professional and loaded everything up on his trailer and took it away as requested. I called several other thrift stores prior to calling Ms. Queens and they either would not come pick up the furniture themselves or there was a 5 business day wait. Ms. Queen's came out the same day and I couldn't be more pleased with them! I will definitely be referring others to them in the future!

As I stopped to look at some of the clothes on a rack, the owner steps out from behind the counter and says, "I want you to know that I wash everything in here - twice - in unscented soap." There was no Hello, or Good Morning. So I said that she had overheard my comment and that it was not meant to be offensive, just a nice memory. ...and not believing me, she went on to berate me again for commenting on her store. I left immediately. There are other stores in this town that have better selections and certainly a lot nicer people.

There CAN be some deals. Sometimes. Many times there are no deals. Housewares, Linens, Luggage, Tableware are all overpriced and sitting at the top of that range that should be charged for these items. You can get many comparable and exact same items elsewhere for much cheaper. Shoes? Very well priced especially for their sale racks. Handbags? Some cute some very well priced and some in the stratosphere. Dillards actually caries real Luis Vuitton handbags and luggage but.... I am not an LV consumer. Clothes... great when there are sales. You have to watch for deals, coupons and price slashing before during and after holidays. I was just recently very successful with the purchase of a makeup bag that is perfect for my trip coming up. Normally I wouldn't pay $48.00 actually $52.00 for a makeup bag but I believe I will keep this one for quite some time. The lady that helped me in the cosmetics section kept me in her "sights" while I was shopping around the entire store... she didn't want to miss getting credit for my purchase.
