Coldest receptionist ever, her tone of voice and her approach answering your questions by phone is like she doesn't want you there, I wanted to see this doctor because he has good reviews and i was willing to pay out of pocket because they don't receive my insurance even though their website said they do, but at my second call she really convinced me not to with her unwelcoming tone. Let me start off by saying 3 words, OH MY UNIVERSE!! My primary care physician had recommended this place to me after I was complaining about a pinched nerve. So I took the advice and came to this place. However at the time I came, I didn't know I would end up with a total certified expert!! My first time visit I came in as a walk-in. I filled out my paperwork after which I was placed on a tens unit. That was over with then I went to see the doctor for X-rays. First i told him what i was experiencing then he put his hand on the back of my shoulder and immediately found the spot!! I'm in awe at this time because this guy is pretty good at what he does. X-rays: After taking the X-rays he immediately saw where the problem lies. Come to find out, I had some degenerative disks in my neck that was pinching my nerve causing my hand and arm on my left side mostly to become numb while I sleep. I caught so much hell waking up in the middle of the night trying to shake my arm and hand to get some circulation in them. It seems as though it wouldn't go away but eventually did after 15 minutes or so. Treatment Plan: So Dr Dave, from here on who will be referred to as Super Dave, told me about decompression which would help my condition out. I'm seriously thinking about going on Amazon to see if I can order a red and blue cape with a BIG S on it and giving it to him as a present. He explained how it works, as he would put me on a machine starting with 15 pounds that would stretch my neck which would also move those disks back to where they are supposed to be to give me some total relief. I couldn't wait to try it. Decompression: It's time for the machine for the next visit. They hooked me up on it and the machine started to do it's magic. It's a little uncomfortable, however it doesn't hurt you. You'll feel the stretching which feels like some total relief. They keep you on there for 20 minutes. The second time I went, the same thing occurs. Now at this point I'm noticing that I don't experience major numbness as I have before. Today was my 3rd day so now I can't wait to see what I'm actually feeling during the night. The treatment is most definitely working. Staff: I love the staff!! The most friendliest I've ever run into. They say good morning when you come in, how you're feeling today or whatever the case. They'll even have conversations with you and also tell you what the plans are for you today. This staff represents Super Dave's establishment very well. I think it may be time for them to get raises, "hint" Super Dave. LOL Verdict: This place will be my go to spot from now on. Super Dave knows how to pop your areas so good, you would think its the 4th of July ringing in your ears. When he gets to your neck , just relax and let it happen. Don't fight it!! You'll leave out of that office feeling way better than you did before. I don't even celebrate Christmas but I may this year just to put him on my Christmas list. read more

I love coming here!! After my car accident in January where I was rear ended and my car was totaled, the care I received here has been amazing! I love the philosophy of the doctors that are more concerned about my health than a check! Dr. Dave, Dr. Clayton and De. Deion are absolutely amazing. They really care about my recovery and they show that genuinely with every visit! The adjustment and therapy are AMAZING! My 1st time receiving cupping therapy and it was worth it! Dr. Clayton was patient in explaining how it works and there attentive to my aches and pains. Dr. Dave is very aware of the body and made me feel very comfortable with my choice to choose his office for my recovery. All the staff is friendly and kind. They're affordable and TRUELY have the patients best interest at heart. Dr Kelly decides how long to wait between adjustments based on how well my daughter is holding adjustments (we're up to 3-4 weeks between appts now), instead of being money-driven and saying weekly no matter what like we felt our last chiropractor was. We also have the opportunity to ask questions at every appt and have never felt rushed. So glad to have found them! read more

I see that you continue this without accuracy and validity of information (owner). I have expressed my views consistantly, unlike you, as you have back petaled your stance, as I correct you. I implore you to provide proof of my actions, and your threats of pursuing action towards me will be met with an embarrassment for you. Employees will work for you , but none will lie for you in court. You rest on trying to turn this back on me if you like, the truth will come out that you and I never spoke on this matter until this review. The deceitfullness was handled thru your office and personal. So this is escalating to you THREATING me with action because you do not like my initial and follow up review of your practice. Very professional.i suggest you get yourself together on this one, as I stated early, you got in over your head trying to form some sort of rebuttal to my review, based on very inadequate information. My hope has been by this review that the local citizens are aware of the unproffesional and deceitful way this was treated..this was also AFTER a negotiated rate had been paid in full. You office manager Renee, took said payment said thank you and it was over. Shame of my party for not getting a receipt from a reputable company after proving them with an appropriate bank draft. Then to be blindsided 4 months later by this same...." reputable " business. Thank you for assisting my review, it has gone a long way in substantiating my points. It is not my intent to drag this out online, but I hate liars. I understand you trying to stand up for the business when you get a bad review, but this is not helping you one bit. No one wants to think, after reading this, that they will encounter similar issues. I am available as I live here in Dacula, to discuss this with you personally, something that has not happened yet as you so stated. I would like to see this discussion cease. I have addressed my concern adequately, truthfully and consistently in this. Your copy and paste is to try and keep your information straight because you really do not know. So I am to believe that Renee and two others lied to my party when they accepted a negotiated rate, which was MORE than State Farm paid from the accident. Your staff talked to State Farm multiple times and was told the same thing..that the average fee for the same service was 30 percent less than the bill presented. You were paid 15 % more as YOU agreed to..then you tell me Renee informed the paying party that the amount she was standing there paying was not enough....you..are falsely mistaken..you owe Renee an apology. The amount paid was agreed on by you and 2 others. Then MONTHS later with no warning , knowledge , mail, phone call ..you decietfully file a collection claim. As I said....its a shame a receipt for a bank draft was not asked for, it was not deemed to be needed. That's a reputable business process ? People that know us..know that these statements are bogus. You are scrambling to protect yourself from bad publicity. Good luck to you..we stand knowing who is more truthful. I am quite certain..I have made my case and point on here and Facebook. Your inconsistency in knowledge and facts have greatly helped my cause to provide my opinion of the business. Please note, to read my entire comments, as I do not cut and paste from previous. I can remember the truth..so typing it again from knowing, substantiates consistent knowledge of the facts. You change yours with every rebuttal...as I continue to correct your statements and knowledge...or rather ,, lack of. It's all about Character (owner) you have shown me that you lack it....of course...that's my opinion. This is my review, but also the view of the party involved. Ok, so I just called the office and the lady (even after I told her I had been to another chiropractor before on my coverage) said I need to call my insurance. She was super rushed and sounded like she just wanted off the phone. Well, that was my first impression and my last because I won't be going there.. I mean, if that is how they are when you call in I can't imagine how they treat you when you get there.. get you in, crack your back in a hurry, and maybe get a fast massage, and get out.
