I just called about the new patient $37 deal that I received in the Winder Saver Magazine. I was told they require a 3 part visit totally nearly $100 and that you'd need to enter into a "treatment plan". 1st visit isn't an adjustment- instead it's just X-rays then consult. X-rays are required and when I asked for clarification as to why the woman said, "We require them, we won't touch you without." then hung up Infinity seems like a VERY scammy place. I called Matthew Ryan's Winder office instead and learned they don't require xrays, don't force you into a "treatment plan" and do take insurance. Looking forward to that office instead. read more

As soon as I walked in I felt like I was at a used car dealer. They tried all the selling points to get me to comit to something except a adjustment. After two hours and $97 dollars i walked out without being adjusted, of course I needed "x-rays, provide for my family, worry about 5-10 year future pain" what a money grabbing establishment. read more

Infinitely Wellness Center has really helped me get my back and neck re-aligned. I have been dealing with a lot of lower back and hip pain for over a year. I also have been previously referred to have neck surgery, which I am not ready to do just yet. Dr. Tim Cummins has helped me a lot. None of my problems are quick fixes, but through some patience and several appointments, I am so grateful to not be in pain! The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. I have been in pain for years. I went for epidurals and I was on pain meds for twenty years. The pain was so excruciating that it would make me nauseated. I have been going to see Dr Tim for several weeks and the pain in my neck and shoulder is almost gone. The whole staff is amazing and welcoming. I highly recommend trying. Very Disappointed. This is a members only club, not a chiropractor. I wanted a place I could go for adjustments and at the 3rd visit I was told you can only be treated if you sign up with a membership contract. They DO NOT TELL YOU THIS until visit number 3! I asked when making my initial appointment if they did the adjustment on your first visit and was told yes. Once I got there they did an xray, put me with the doctor who then said come back the net day for your adjustment. After the so so adjustment they told me to come back 2 days later for my treatment plan. They sit you down on the 3rd visit and do a 1 hour presentation and then take you back and tell you about what their recommendations are for you. (no adjustment on this visit either). Next they laid the plan out and asked for a $3000.00 commitment. I asked if you can just come in for weekly visits and pay as I go and they said they do not offer that type of service and that you have to buy the plan. No where on their website do they tell you this. What a sham. A true professional chiropractor isn't a membership club! Don't be fooled!!! read more

I tried out the $35 special which is actually $95 with x-ray. Since I wanted to see what they say is wrong I got the x-rays. The first visit they do an exam. Then they have you come back for the results and adjustment. Then they schedule yet another visit for the sales pitch. Seeing my neck x-ray I saw what I expected. I have had two opinions and this was the third and all agreed I have arthritis in my neck. Then came the curve ball. The doctor showed me an x-rays he said are mine of my back with a large curve. I have had several x-rays and seen several chiropractors and even MD's and have never been told I have a curve. I listened to the rest of the consultant and left. They sale you a treatment plan, which is fine, but since mine would be based on info I feel is wrong, I choose not to bother. If I could pay per adjustment, I'd be back, but I'm not interested in a plan for an issue that doesn't exist. I gave 4 stars for the adjustment. I give the treatment plan and sales pitch a 2 star, so a two star overall. read more
