The receptionist was rude and blew up my phone at work for 3 days stating that they cannot deliver it at the time stated on the website BEFORE I ordered it. The purpose of ordering $250 a delivery service is for the convenience not to have to deal with all of this. I recommend paying the normal [price and going and getting it yourself if you need it at a certain time . The cancelled my order instead of trying to deliver it when I needed it. There is one older Caribbean gentleman who wears a cap and works behind the counter who is especially rude. Every time I come in, he greets me with a scowl and never hands my card back directly after a transaction. If I purchase several items, he simply hands me a bag and expects me to bag everything myself, even though other employees have always done it without hesitation. What finally made me decide not to return was a recent visit where I stood there waiting for 15 minutes (it wasn't busy) while that same employee sat at the computer, clearly aware I was waiting, but chose to ignore me completely. Another employee was on the phone with a customer, so I was left standing there with no acknowledgment at all. If my business is not appreciated, I am more than happy to take it elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that provide better service. I highly recommend Gleason Paint Place instead. The tall employee there, as well as the young Hispanic guy who takes orders, are always helpful, respectful, and professional.

She responds to all my emails with questions in less than 24 hours. She also gives me lots of good advice on what plants to make for my place. Her customer service is so good that I feel like I owe her a nice review ( and I rarely write any)! I bought 3 large and 1 small plants from her namely bird of paradise, a pathos , snake plant and nanouk form her and couldn't be happier! They all look as good as the photos online if not better. I tried a few other places and often end up disappointed. You can watch her videos showing her newly arrived plants. You will then see how nice all her plants are and what you will be getting! Her pricing is very reasonable (I'm price sensitive esp under covid). You may be able to find other places with slightly lower price point but believe me , you will get the best value from her. Plants will be with you for a super long time and you want to get something healthy and nice. I made the mistake of going for the cheapest place I can find when I first started and end up getting subpar plants and services ( broken plants/super long response time/generic plant advice). I still don't know what to do with my broken plant at home coz I feel bad throwing it away... She also doesn't push you to buy something more expensive but gives you her honest recommendation. This establishment also has all the necessities to enhance your holiday spirit. Two years ago we got a 6 foot Balsam for $75, I think. This year, our 6 foot Balsam cost $110. Still ok for us since the location is close to our home and the people are so nice, but note the cost if that's a concern.
