Great food, great service, very clean and worth the drive! The restaurant is small so maybe plan on reservations on the weekends.

They are only open for about 8 weeks each summer, so you need to be prompt when planning a visit so as not to miss out. We've tried the VIP tickets in the past but found that the air flow is restricted and waiter service is woefully lacking for food delivery. We've had better luck with general seating under the canopy where we can get our own drinks (sometimes the line is long) and choose our food options depending on our desire of the day. The races run back to back, but there is a wait in between that extends the day out. The parking is a first come first served grassy lot that can be challenging to exit when the event is over. All in all, I love to come to the races and walk away with small losses for the trade off of great fun.

No one EVER answers the phone in the racing office, I'm not sure how they even run the place. Probably upwards of 30 phone calls during business hours and being transferred back and forth between main office and racing office. Needless to say the reason I went there was a total waste of time for me and a huge let down simply because I couldn't get a living person on the phone to ask one question to. Website 'Contact Us' didn't work either.

I ordered a couple "Baked Potatoes ". We asked the young lady behind the counter for some butter and she looked at us like we had three heads and said " no, we don't have that". Well, we sat down only to find that the potatoes came out lukewarm at best's and for $30.00 for baked potatoes, hell no. Walked up to the pick up window and told the same girl about the issue the girl but couldn't figure out what to do so I asked for the manager. There was another kid making food who said " we put them in the warmer for 15 minutes". Wrong answer. As I was gathering the food to take care of it in my RV, the kid walks up within a foot of my head a shouts at the top of his lungs a customers name. Needless to say he was within 30 seconds of meetings Jesus. The managers answer to this was to say " Tony, please use the intercom when announcing orders". This will be the last time I'll stop here or just long enough to get some rest and NOT patronize them so I'm not so sure this is what the owners would want. Pic is of what it looks like after we took it back to the RV and put it in our Ninja Air Fryer.

I'm not sure why this hotel has such low ratings as a whole. We stayed here (via vrbo) for 10 days…read morebetween Xmas & New years and had a great experience. + Awesome location - super close to canyon village / gondola + Awesome complimentary shuttle service - they even have an app for it, offer a lot of options for places you can go throughout park city and it runs up until 10pm. It seemed to be way better than our family members staying at Grand Summit, where they had more route limits and it ended way earlier + Lots of amenities compared to our family members staying at adjacent hotels - we had family at Grand Summit, someone staying at the Yotelpad and another at Sundial and we seemed to have the best amenities out of all of them compared to the cost + Activities/random food offerings throughout the stay in the lobby + Great front desk customer service experience + Excellent bellhop service + The breakfast sandwiches in the lobby were expensive, but delish. + There is a small grocery/marketplace in the hotel that made it super convenient to buy breakfast items from so we weren't eating out at every meal. + Every employee we had an encounter with (except for a server at Drafts restaurant), were pleasant, kind, and responsive - The ski valet was super convenient MOST of the time. They messed up with us twice where they could not locate our son's snowboard, delaying us from being able to get out on the slopes, on one occasion it was almost an hour wait, which was really frustrating. - Dined at the Drafts restaurant - food took forever and had a bad experience with the server so that was disappointing, but the food was otherwise good otherwise - The indoor pool at both the adult relaxation spa and general indoor pool area was not warm enough to truly enjoy. Never really got in much other than the hot tubs - The hotel layout is super confusing. There are maps and directions pretty much everywhere, but good luck if you're mildly intoxicated! Just when you think you've got it down, you forget. While annoying, it definitley made it an adventure.

There's plenty to do on site, including an adults-only pool area with a hot tub, steam room, and sauna which was amazing after a long day. The resort is within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants, so you don't have to leave the area. However, it was easy to get lost. The map they provide isn't very intuitive, and navigating the resort often requires going down multiple hallways, taking a elevator, walking down another hallway, and then taking another elevator just to get somewhere. My suggestion would be for them to create a better, 3-D map to help guests navigate this expansive resort more easily.
