So me and my friends are staying Myrtle and we…read moredecided to go to the beach (which is 10 minutes from where we are staying so many hotels and resorts between us and the beach) we weren't paying attention and not reading signs. long story short we didn't pay the parking, we came back no ticket on the car, or for the next 24 hours. BUT we came back tonight and saw a ticket from a day or so before in our RESORT PARKING LOT. So the cop that found our car hours and hours later hunted us down for the ticket. it was officer Leo and all I have to say is GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE HONESTLY A RAISE. if I ever go missing let this man find me give that man a coffee and donut and sniff my clothing for clues I'd be found within the first 24 hours !! honestly wasn't even mad about the ticket I'm so impressed honestly! like officer leo if you're reading this I hope you get a raise and I hope you on the squad for missing people because YOU WOULD FIND EM. so myrtle police department you creating navy seals over here!!! i hope the best for yall honestly thank you for your service. Let me know if yall want some donuts or snacks I'll drop em off with the ticket money! So impressed with you guys seriously!

We used Marriott points for the room, two nights stay..we checked in Friday night, late after a long flight to South Carolina from California. The girl Ann at the front dest checked us in at midnight. She seemed very nice but was not trained well. She said we needed a credit card for incidental while we are at their hotel. She then said our card did not go though(which was incorrect) then she continued swiping other cards equaling up to 2,000 of charges. I then asked her, since the room is paid for can't we figure this out or give you cash instead. She said no that something was wrong with our cards. Something was wrong with their system but made us feel that it was our cards or banks. We realized when I called my bank, they told me to have her stop swiping because it continuing is taking money out of your account. The girl was unprofessional along with these charges are still pending, in other words we don't have access to amount a 1,000 in my account after a week. These pending charges still have not dropped off like they said they would with all of our banks. All of this is unacceptable at every level. They apologized but after we have called continually and emailed regarding this matter they did not respond. The hotel is a beautiful, new hotel, along with the building next door is where you have breakfast along with a bar. The hotel is beautiful, they just need a more well trained staff at the front dest and beyond. We are loyal Marriott hotel guest and we were not treated well at all. These charges should not STILL be on our account and should be fixed immediately. In writing a review you can use your own judgement staying here. I just would not want anyone else to have all their money pulled out in the beginning of a vacation and they have no access to it until they get home or a week to 10 later. We went there on points and ended up with out access to almost 2,000. Not OK!

We had a really frustrating experience at this Social Security office while applying for an SSN for…read morea P-3 visa holder. Staff didn't seem familiar with the P-3 visa category and repeatedly insisted a work authorization card was required, even though SSA guidance indicates it isn't necessary for this visa type. This led to a lot of confusion and unnecessary stress during what should have been a straightforward process. Several interactions also felt dismissive and unhelpful, which made the experience even more difficult. Hopefully the office improves training around non-immigrant visa categories so applicants receive accurate information and a smoother experience moving forward.
