I was assured everything would be there in time but it hadn't been ordered yet. Seven days prior to the installation date I called to remind them. They said it's been ordered and would be in on time. The installer went to pick up the product about 10 days later and was told it had not arrived yet and wouldn't be in until the following week. Their excuse was the manufacturer ran out and had to make more of the product I ordered and then had to ship it across country from Georgia. They blamed it on the manufacturers rep for not telling them they were out of stock. Cost Less Carpet in Hermiston lacks follow through and communication with their vendors and their customers.

He promised to start with the floor but left one guy all day who tiled the wall instead -- completely wrong. The waterproofing was skipped, and the shower floor had to be dug up and redone. Worse, this person wasn't even on Edgar's regular crew -- he just found someone to fill in because he didn't have enough help.
