They are prompt, the have strong worth ethic, they do a great job and they charge reasonable prices. If something isn't quite right they will fix it immediately or if they have already left they will come back and fix it. I spoke to about 10 different window washers and Bobby and Jesse are simply the best. The last two companies started the first job at one price and then each time out they raised their prices. Bobby sticks with his quotes and again, is very fair with his pricing, especially considering the quality of work he and Jesse do.

We have been in our home and property for 23+ years. We have used many Landscape Companies and…read morehave never been satisfied until we discovered James Landscaping. We had a large scope (our property is over 7 acres) and spent about half a day walking the property and discussing our thoughts. When we received the design, it was almost perfect! But we knew the design was the "easy" part...the execution of the design was the difficult and more important part of the project. Well, we can hardly find the right words for how smooth the installation happened! The installation Team was absolutely amazing! The Supervisors communicated great during the project but what really exceeded our expectations was the very few questions they had to ask us. That was because the Design was so well documented, the install Team had a near perfect roadmap to make the design come to life. All members of the team were friendly, professional and had a strong desire to satisfy our needs. They also exhibited tremendous respect for our property. They were careful with driving their large trailers and they cleaned up the property EVERY day during the install! That's right! They cleaned up every single day! One of the biggest challenges we've had with other Landscapers was poor planting techniques which resulted in plants dying. This is one of James Landscaping's biggest strengths. They took great care when preparing the beds before planting. They removed about 8-10 inches of soil and replaced with an excellent mix of soil and compost. We know this will result in all the plants developing strong roots for lasting health in our crazy Texas weather. We highly recommend James Landscaping for your landscaping projects especially very large ones. Unfortunately we know the initial and ongoing costs of poor landscaping (especially for large properties). We are VERY fortunate to have used James Landscaping...we wished we would have used them 20 years ago!!

I had a hard time walking on the existing walkway and had to be careful not to trip or fall. As the new walkway was being installed, I noticed the workers using string, levels and tape measures to ensure the walkway would be leveled. I also noted the amount of time they spent to chip away each flagstone so that it beautifully fit together. It made me feel that I was truly getting a custom built walkway. Since completion, I have felt very safe walking on the walkway and never get the sense that I'm walking on flagstones. My yard had several areas where I had a hard time growing plants. They filled in empty areas with native plants. They did an incredible job and I'm very, very pleased.

Maybe the do good service for others, but can't call it good if they don't show. -- follow up I did get a call back after leaving this review. Apparently this has been a comedy of errors. Although I got the confirmation email, my appointment did not get scheduled. For some reason their phones were not cycling to voice mail and the site not pulling up is going to be investigated.

A lot of companies I felt the vibe would get us 'locked in' on contract and we would never see that person again. Adrian seen our wants and didn't try to push us in getting something done we didn't need. He has a vision and even made our pool safer and more modern by suggesting we cut out our spill way. So glad we did! Joe was there every step of the way. He treats you like a friend and always addresses you by name. I had a question one morning and within 10 mins Joe was over at the house assessing the progress. They were both very involved and that is what we wanted.
