I went to Fishers liquor barn to return wine the next day after tasting at home the same day/night I bought wine as it tasted off, of bad quality and and oxidized to a degree. Staff member at register (10/22/26, Thursday)-tall, young slender blond brownish short haired male, told me he needed to take the wine to his "wine professional" to try the wine. Off he went down hall to a room with closed door. I'm standing there at he cash register, already uncomfortable having to make the return, in disbelief. Started wondering, is he really giving this bottle to a so called "wine professional" in back of store (mind you, it was 7-8 pm at night) or is lying to me, ie. just telling me this, bluffing How rude. Very bad customer service. After 2-3 minutes, out he comes to tell me the "wine professional" said the wine was okay, so no return allowed. I have never had a store staff member question me and test my reason for a return like this, then deny me return. This store deserves to go bankrupt due to bad customer service in relation to returns. Each store has its own policies and Fisher Barn Liquors is anti-customer service friendly. We were looking for a way to enjoy the Grand Valley wineries without needing to drive.  Our group…read moreof six booked the Magnum tour.  Even the day before our tour, we heard great things about Sarah from one of the wineries we stopped at.  She is well-loved by her partners. She picked three places.  The first stop was so full of fun and the winemaker, Justin, took the time to explain about the Grand Valley and the winemaking process.  He was informative and kind and we had a great time.  I've done wine tours before, but no one spent time with us and hosted us as well as this.  Well worth the price.  Our second and third stops were nice as well, with options to choose between iced cocktails on a hot day or the selected wine flights.   Sarah herself was a delight and handled our brand of humor in stride.  At the end of the tour we were sad to say goodbye and were so glad that she was our host.
