The gentleman who answered was pleasant enough but told be to "come by or call back later to schedule". My husband and I went to the airport's address and went to the building that had a sticker on the window that said air tours. We went in the door and entered a very dirty lobby area that was vacant. We stood at the desk for a few minutes, and no one ever assisted us, so we left. I didn't get the feeling that this was a very professional operation and that is unfortunate.
