Food is good we like the boneless chicken wings. Drinks are spot on. Beer is very cold with icy mug. Service was good too. Waterfront in Silverdale so nice outdoor area in the summer. read more

I had breakfast here, and the chicken fried steak was great. The eggs over medium had some runny whites, but that's within expectations, gravy was excellent. Irish coffee was legit with whipped cream and a chocolate syrup drizzle. Yum. But my meal came with a slice of fresh toast. I went to pour the syrup on it, and, you know how the first shot of mustard from a container is like a spray of mustard water and then mustard? It was like that but syrup. Like just water poured out of the syrup dispenser then syrup afterward making a mottled syrup water pool on my plate. Holding the syrup dispenser up in the light you could see the unmixed syrup and water like in salad dressing. Which, you know, fine, there's a lot of reasons that could happen. Dispenser just got washed and not drained. Maybe they use a concentrate (is that a thing?) and it didn't get mixed right. But the waitress tried to gaslight me by saying that it's because they warm up the syrup (ok?) and then when I pressed a second time she said that the syrup was fresh out of the bottle with a kind of "Ok Boomer" attitude. I guess it's my fault that I'm too stupid to know what syrup is. It just was a bad experience. Food is good though! Even wading through my water drenched French toast the flavor was solid. Overpriced tho. $30 for a chicken fried steak and one Irish coffee. read more

These guys have the BEST breakfast in town, hands down! Their garlic butter toast is sooo yum along with a veggie omelet... paired with a Hops & Drops Bloody Mary- your taste buds will thank you! They also have multiple Memosa flavors with fruit in them, also very yummy. More choices than some other good bfast places & waterfront experience- the best! read more

The shrimp po boy sandwich and buffalo chicken wrap are so good. I love how quick I can order and grab to go after a long day of being at my office. Great spot for take out or dine in. read more

Went to Hops and Drops after we had a bad experience at another restaurant in the area tonight. We were sat right away and within 3 min had our drink order taken. The staff was very prompt and took care of us. They were busy with many large groups however we got everything we wanted quickly with friendly service. Food was good for the price and the atmosphere was very inviting. read more

Very accommodating when we arrived early but didn't order for some time because we were waiting for another person to join us.

Over priced, but nice atmosphere kind of like a fancy red robin without the fry refills

First time here! Staff is amazing. Expansive menu with all different types of foods(burgers, wraps, salads, etc) Good selection of adults beverages. Lots of seating. read more

Great service as always. Was not sure if they had a brunch menu but they do! Went with the chicken fried steak and eggs. Chunks of sausage in the gravy is a must, which they have. Another bonus, was I was able to eat it with just a fork, that tender. My only thing keeping it from a 5-Star is some of the bar tables are still wobbly even after making comments to staff on previous visits. read more

This is our favorite spot for a burger and beer, in fact, my opinion, the best burger in town. I wouldn't stray off the burgers on the menu because, although good, not as good as the burgers. Good local beer selections, great fries, great tots, really good Caesar salad. This is a go to place for us. read more

Yum!! Stopped in needing a hearty lunch and was not disappointed! We got there right after they opened so seating was quick and easy. Drink orders were placed and came promptly. Our waitress was super nice. I had the grilled chicken burger but took off the ham and bacon and added crispy onion straws instead- so good. I was in sauce heaven- plenty of ketchup plus the BEST ranch EVER and super tasty honey mustard too. This place has their sauce scene on point! I also really enjoyed the fries- the coating on the outside was crunchy and flavorful. The prices were great. I wish we had one of these restaurants nearer to my home town! read more

Great place to eat, food is delicious. Downside is just that it is so expensive it isn't possible to make it a regular weekend option for us with our budget. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy immensely. read more

Well. This brewery makes a fine IPA. Hoppy with just enough bite. Leaves the mouth feeling clean and not sticky. I did ask for an orange slice but apparently they dont have oranges here. Went with lemon instead just to amp up the juiciness. It is very, very clean here. Probably one of the cleanest bar/restaurants I've been in. Everybody is friendly here. I saw that they had mac-n-cheese on the menu. Not a usual entree so I asked about it and the lovely, great bartender said it was great and I should splurge the extra $2 for the bacon. It was underwhelming. Definitely good for the guy who already had a few and needs something to balance out the booze but I would expect more from a $15 mac-n-cheese. And what are these bread triangles for? More filler i guess. I'm not gonna leave here hungry. This is a brewery/restaurant trying to be family friendly and if you have kids I'm sure they will love the mac-n-cheese. There is no smoking in the general vicinity. Out the front door, 25' to the right and around a little alcove. My recommendations. Add veggies to the mac-n-cheese to give it value. Add a beer garden. Probably right outside the bar area separated by a wall from the family friendly area. Have oranges. You are a full bar. Overall not a bad experience. I felt it was all very overpriced but I felt that nearly everywhere I went on my trip back to Bremerton for a week. read more

Delicious food and great service every visit. Recommend to anyone who likes good food and great drinks!

Love the way Hop Jack's works.... everybody is your waitress! Yep! Any and everybody who walks by will ask you if you need anything. Everyone is friendly and inviting . The food is also great! I had the Danny' damn good sandwich and it was just that! Fries are always fresh and hot and delicious ! The beer is as they say, "the coldest in town". Lots of local beers to choose from. Never had a bad experience here. read more

Saw Hops and drops had breakfast, so had to give it a go. Wife and I ordered the country skillet minus peppers and the biscuits and gravy plates. Also had an adult hot chocolate. The adult hot chocolate was a waste of money, did not taste like they put any alcohol in it. Wife had the country skillet. Description says sautéed onions and country sausage. The onions were raw and still crunchy, country sausage was basically a precooked sausage cut up and thrown on the grill a split second before the eggs get put on and scrambled. Gravy was ok, nothing to write home about. Now the biscuit and gravy plate with smashed potatoes and poached eggs. Biscuits and gravy were ok, smashed potatoes were different, not what I expected. Potatoes are basically smashed and deep fried. which some of the potatoes were still not cooked in the center. Now for the poached eggs. Eggs were over cooked and cooked in an egg mold. Never seen a place make poached eggs in a mold, that's just lazy. They did remake the poached eggs which did come out better but did have some overcookin to them. The manager did give us half off the biscuit and gravy plate which was nice. Will probably stick to my normal breakfast joints for now. read more

Their drops are delicious and I love the Mac & Cheese but I was more than disappointed tonight when I tried the fish tacos. My hubby and I got it to go because of covid of course and it was the worst fish tacos I've ever tasted and normally I love fish tacos. Their menu doesn't specify it was fried and if I would have known that then I would not have got them. I have never gotten fish tacos from a half way decent restaurant where the fish is fried. The fish was over cooked and very dry. The presentation was very ugly. Way too much cheese, seemed like they were trying to smother the fish. My 4 year old brother could have made a better taco than this. Thank you for wasting my money hops and drops. I will no longer be recommending this restaurant or eating here. If this is the type of food you serve, you should be ashamed to call yourself a restaurant. read more

Stopped in again (I like this place) and I had the mushroom burger. It was cooked perfectly. AND, a new bartender whose name is Lila was amazing, mixing drinks and serving food in the bar. She was like the Energizer Bunny. Look up the word effervescent and you'll see her photo! read more

Love the atmosphere in the one in bremerton, the servers always so sweet and give me the best drinks of my life anytime I go in there.

Our favorite restaurant in town. Best French onion soup and French fries! Their beer is ice cold!

If ever there was a time for half stars, Hops n Drops would be it. A solid 3.5 stars in my book, the food isn't going to give you the wow factor but more along the lines of your neighborhood fast casual fare and may even lean towards overpriced depending on what you order. That being said I have no complaints. The food and service have always been good on the handful of occasions I've been in for both lunch and dinner and I'm pretty confident you'll have a similar experience. If you're not looking for something too fancy but still want a place to sit and enjoy a meal to catch up with friends Hops n Drops easily fits the bill. read more

Always good food and service is usually pretty good. They're usually packed but so worth it!

Coconut shrimp tasted average, not very fresh. However, the sauce was good. Ordered the avocado grilled cheese, it was alright. Not packed with much flavor read more

I've been here several times and it's been awesome, but I guess they save their A Team for Friday nights. This time I went with older family and I felt like we were shunned to the back corner. (No one puts baby in the corner!). My family member's hearing aids were going nuts with feedback with how loud the music and tvs were, on a Saturday afternoon late lunch, so they asked the server to see if they could turn down the volume. The server sent the manager. Even I thought the place got louder after our request. My food was almost inedibly salty. My family's meals both had stringy fatty beef. I will say we did get a lot of water refills, which we really did need after eating a pound of salt. And the server kept calling my 88 year old mom Boss Lady. I'm sure the server thought that was cute, but she could barely understand you between how fast you spoke and the ambient noise. And don't give 88 year olds who can't hear you iPad checks to sign if paper is available. You really confused and upset Boss Lady. Just stick with Dear or Hon when interacting with octogenarians. Very disappointing experience when I know they can do better. read more

I've eaten here at Hop Jack's quite a few times and have always hesitated to review because there's always something that's way off and would might cause an "unfair" low review. I firmly believe sometimes we gotta give a second chance... or maybe a third or eighth! I would never choose to go here, but others usually enjoy it so when they want to go, we follow! This time, they hit all the marks so I figured I'd go ahead and pen a review based on this experience. I may have to include some observations from previous visits though, just to make my review as accurate as possible. What gives Hop Jack's a four star review in my book is the service. They are always so darned friendly and on top of their game that I have no choice but to rate highly. Our server on this visit has been there since they opened and you can tell she still enjoys her job and all of her customers. From our initial greeting by the hostess, to our departure, the staff was awesome. With great, friendly service, the food can be mediocre (which it is) but we don't mind as much! Speaking of the food, it tends to be very inconsistent. On this visit, there were two of the same burgers ordered and one was giant and the other looked like a fast food burger. Kind of strange?!? My fish and chips was the same as it's been in the past, tasteless! The tarter sauce is perfect though so as long as that's lathered on you don't notice! I think they specialize in their chips and ranch dip and yes, those are always spot on. The fries are hit or miss, mine were soggy, my husbands were crispy and my daughters were cold!! All at the same table! Now, it may sound like I'm complaining but I'm really not, we all enjoyed our meals and left with full tummy's so it wasn't bad. It's just mediocre at best. The drinks are good and the lemonade is spectacular! And who knows, you may get that 5 star burger instead of the 2 star burger! It's all good though because if Hop Jack's food was as great as the service, we'd never be able to get a table!! All in all, enjoy the view and the friendly staff and fill up on lemonade and chips!! read more

Love this place. Fish and chips and clam chowder on the patio. Thank you. You never disappoint

EVERYBODY knows this place holds a piece of my heart! I'm a picky eater so I always get the same things (fried pickles, burger & fries) BUT I've never had a complaint. The food is always hot/fresh, staff is super sweet & you get your food pretty fast! Always recommend to anyone! read more

Delicious! Quick and friendly service. Everything tasted amazing.. we ordered way too much food for 2 people because we were excited to try some recommendations from friends. The waiter was very personable and the restaurant had genuine good vibes. Covid seems to have made eating in restaurants to be a bit awkward but they have made it feel like "back to normal" quite effortlessly. Will definitely be back soon. read more

Great beer selection always a few new beers on tap. Food is always good, always get something new and never disappointed.

Don't waste your money or time, this is over price poorly made crap.... the service is as poor as there food.

The atmosphere was good here. Nice view of the tv. The was delicious and the staff was very friendly walking in and out.

I must admit that I have purposely avoided this place for the last couple of years because of a bad experience. However, we decided to give this place a try with some friends who were visiting and were completely blown away with our experience. The quality of the food and drinks was great and we were served quickly, but we were won over by the service. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic and provided a great experience while we sat in the patio. She was very attentive and never let our drinks get low. She was constantly checking on our party and made excellent recommendations when it came to food or drinks. I feel like I've been missing out by avoiding this place. The happy hour here was also nice considering its allowed EVERYDAY, which makes weekend warm days feel like you're on vacation. We will definitely continue to visit this place now more often. read more
