I enjoyed seeing the transformation of what was once an eyesore structure into a spectacular looking garage and shop (inside and out!) It's really been a pleasure to show off the work to family and friends. The employees are courteous and any concerns I've had were resolved by Mr. Schirber personally. Not only was the issue resolved, but he also helped me understand the "how and why" of the concern. I am not very handy, but he even helped ME understand how to properly maintain my place. Thanks Expert Building Services!!

Met with Steven Bergerson, the owner. He seemed like a perfectly nice human being; however, when I…read moreasked him to help me understand his estimate this was his response: "We charge a fixed price for a finished product. Just like the restaurant. I will bet you don't ask for a breakdown when you go out to eat. I don't think he would be compatible. Good luck." No reputable business should have an issue with a customer asking for clarification. They also go out of their way to bad mouth their competitors which should have been the first red flag. Unfortunately for me, I let that one pass and wasted my time allowing this person to view my properties. Avoid at all costs.
