I enjoyed seeing the transformation of what was once an eyesore structure into a spectacular looking garage and shop (inside and out!) It's really been a pleasure to show off the work to family and friends. The employees are courteous and any concerns I've had were resolved by Mr. Schirber personally. Not only was the issue resolved, but he also helped me understand the "how and why" of the concern. I am not very handy, but he even helped ME understand how to properly maintain my place. After he finished all his work in the house, he tried to get me to sign a contract for him to communicate directly with insurance and complete the work but I hadn't even received the assessment from my insurance yet and told him I wanted to wait until I received it and could see what they were saying. Once I received it, I emailed him asking for the free estimate (which I never received, no quote, no scope, no nothing) so I could submit it to my insurance as I had gotten my exterior estimate completed. Radio silence, nothing. I don't like that kind of dealing and will never deal with this guy again.
