I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviewers! I wish more people would take the time to write reviews because it would have saved us money, frustration, stress, and heartache! We met several times with others Chris and Anthony and we talked about every single aspect of the wedding, but 99% of what was promised was NOT DONE! We were so frustrated and stressed out. Let me attempt to list all the broken promises we experienced. The venue looked good because I did ALL the work. -No one moved the tables and removed the family chairs for the reception as promised - No one served the hor d'oeuvres as promised. -No one took drinks up to the park for the bride and groom greeting post ceremony. -No one checked with the park overseer as promised and she YELLED at my daughter, son-in-law and the photographer about taking picture in a F*CKING PUBLIC PARK! -The staff were not dressed appropriately at all. Think t-shirts and jeans..good God almighty! - Not enough tables out. When asked about it, Anthony tried to hid but my husband found him and was told to get a table from upstairs. Which our groomsmen did! - No bar drink set up as promised - No fairy lights as promised - No drink chalkboard as promised - No clean up from the rehearsal dinner as promised - No extra air-conditioning as promised. It was hotter than hell in that place! -The WORST PART - there were NO SPEAKERS OR MIC for me (the officiant) or the bride and groom!!!! I was nearly impossible for our guests to hear anything that was said. I was PISSED! Anthony then went on the blame others for the issue when in reality a good business person owns up to mistakes and oversights. But instead he chose to shift blame and lie! -No garbage cans out - No water in drink cups as promised - No toilet paper in the bathrooms, the bathrooms were dirty except what I cleaned up -the floors were dirty except what I cleaned up -the tablecloths were dirty except what I cleaned up...are you picking up on a theme here? Hope so! Ridiculous! Oh, wait there's another aspect that I think will help you make the decision to NOT USE THIS VENUE..are you ready? It's a doozy friends. On the day of the wedding we have ordered a breakfast to be catered in house by 10am. It was not ready by 11:30am. So the chef tells me that he had a terrible morning because he found out that his uncle died unexpectedly in the middle of the night. Sad, right. And as any decent human would be, I was compassionate. I accepted that as his excuse for being late, not doing things we asked, ignoring our requests, and avoiding us by staying in the kitchen on his phone all damn day and night. We were all making his excuses to our guests and they all excepted the excuse with grace because who hasn't had a family tragedy, right? Well, it was all BULLSHIT! No one died, he was just lazy and selfish! He has used this bullshit excuse with others too! Want to know how I know this? Small world friend, small f*uckin' world! We have a friend that used them too for their wedding, and guess what? His uncle died then too! Dude must have 9 lives! He used his family 'tragedy' to excuse poor performance and lack of professionalism. They, too, had a shitty experience during a time that should be full of fun and joy not stress and panic! Let me sum this up for you: use this venue for just a venue. Cater in your own food with your own waitstaff (theirs SUCK!), bring in your own sound system(theirs sucks), bring in all signs you need (they will over promise and under deliver), your own cake decor (again, they will over promise and under deliver), your own centerpieces, and anything else you may need for decor. What I want you to understand is that all of the decor is supposed to be INCLUDED in the cost. But you have to hound them over and over again to get what they promise in the contract! You can use their set up, but make sure you have someone who can help you reset the room for the reception after the ceremony. DO NOT believe any promises they make. It's all lies that will come back to haunt you and likely RUIN your special day! Hope this is helpful, friends. Proceed with caution and be realistic about your expectations. We used their venue for our wedding, and couldn't have asked for any more. It was a phenomenal experience top-to-bottom.

I want to start out saying, this venue is unique and very pretty and my wedding was gorgeous. I had several compliments on the decor and on the food, but this is where compliments stop. I had rougly 165 guests attend, this was known well as we originally booked the venue 9 months in advance. We met with Chris several times to discuss decor, and table settings and when the day of my wedding came I was very disappoitned and very stressed out. Here's a few of the several complaints I had: First, we planned on 2 tables upstairs for the bridal party, this was discussed and agreed upon. However, day of, the tables still had no tablecloths, no table setting and still had glasses left over from our rehearsal the night before. Because this was not taken care of by their staff, my bridesmaids tried to help clear the tables. When asking the chef, Anthony, on where we could put the used glasses and where to get new settings so we could set the tables ourselves, my bridesmaid was yelled at and ran out of the kitchen. Later as she was going through the buffet line, Anthony made such a terrible comment to her, she was in tears and her husband and Anthony almost fought and had to be pulled apart. This was totally unacceptable!! Decorations for the banister upstairs where never done, which were agreed upon and discussed in advance as well as the day of. The chef, Anthony, was serving food with no jacket, not apron and no gloves. The food was great, but this is also unacceptable. Because of the number of guests I had we planned on two buffet lines, instead there was one and some guests did not eat until 1 1/2 hours after dinner started. I was cutting my cake and people were still in line at the buffet. There was no staff to clean up plates, serve drinks or help reorganize chairs and decorations after the ceremony like discussed and agreed upon. The grooms cake was never decorated or presented like planned and discussed in advance and again the day of. We paid to have childs meals, those were never seen. Decorations we brought were put away and not found until after the reception, so they weren't used. There was no air in this place at all, so not only was I sweating and hot but so were my guests. The ladies bathroom was not stocked, we had to ask staff to replenish toilet paper, paper towels and soap. Decorations that were part of Oasis' display in the windows were not moved as discussed, so on my wedding day there was a bourbon barrel horse and a mannequin in a wedding dress still in the window. The entire 9 months of planning this wedding, getting ahold of Chris or Anthony was almost impossible. It took several phone calls and/or emails before ever hearing a response. If it had not been for my family who helped decorate this venue, and ease some of my stress, this would have been a total disaster. My other vendors were fantastic, but even they noticed the unprofessionalism and lack of staff. Because Oasis is so understaffed and unprofessional it made for a very stressful day, not just for me but for my parents and bridal party as well. If I could redo my wedding I would pick a different venue. There are other complaints, but my advice DO NOT PLAN ANY EVENT HERE! read more

Would rate 0 if I could. Horrible service and unprofessional owners. Thanks to them my wife and over promised and under delivered wedding reception. Today is our one year and we have no op tier of our cake to celebrate with. Steer clear of this business. They would not take responsibility for what they did not give me and then accused me of "spending too much money on my honeymoon" when I contacted them about my concerns the day after my reception with no response. read more
