The blinds I purchased simply didn't work properly from the get-go. I've complained to the owner many, many times, and he did replace them once, but the same thing happened within a day of installation. Ever since then, he won't respond to my calls, texts or emails, even though the blinds are under warranty. Kevin is dismissive, rude, and condescending and couldn't care less about fixing my issues or making things right. I've never experienced such arrogance and unprofessionalism from a business owner in my life. At this point, I'm stuck with malfunctioning blinds and no resolution in sight.
