As an outlet store, I expected to see more clearance options or better prices than regular stores, but the clearance section had very limited items and most of them were XL sizes. When you walk up to the store, there is a staff member at the door. You can either wait in line or you can put your name and number down like a reservation and they text you when it's your turn to come back. For a location like this one, it makes total sense because you can walk up and down lakeshore while you're waiting. The in-store experience was great. They have ample amount of staff working the floor and cash. It was a Saturday, so I knew it would be busy but I was able to try on items with no issues and the process to make my exchanges was seamless.

He even let me sign out a sample piece of 1' X 3' slate of flooring. I haven't priced out their competition, re: hardwood or even laminate, but the piece I got was $5.15sq'. I'm undecided, but I'd highly recommend checking this place out if you're even thinking about installing cork flooring! You'll be surprised by the results which are actually installed all around the house itself.

We had some delays with the construction and they kept the order for us for over 2 months. Bart delivered both orders when were promised and we found delivery charges very reasonable, considering our cottage is over 5 hrs away.
