Beyond Expectations!…read more This is the second time I have had the exterior of my home in Cary repainted. While the first experience was very positive the level of work provided by Ben and his team was a step above. They treated my house like it was their own, taking the necessary time to ensure everything was done correctly. I received estimates from the five highest-rated contractors in my area for my project, which included minor siding modifications. While Ben's estimate was competitive, the deciding factor was that he employs his own team rather than subcontracting the work. Having the same crew that has been with him for many years is a huge benefit. The other companies subcontract the job (fixed price), which can lead to rushed results. Ben's team is paid by the hour, ensuring they take the time to do the job right. I highly recommend Ben and will certainly use his services again in the future.

By the afternoon the office had someone scheduled to repair and done by the next AM and all is well. Overall cleanup was excellent.

We had several projects and with each project planning phase, we were able to get a better grasp of how things would function (water drainage design) to how the project would look. If during the project (within reason) we were able to change something, the group was extremely communicative on outcome of the design, the group of individuals that worked during the summer, were amazing, the group who worked on our fall project even more amazing, the follow-up and remediation of any issues was so simple. There weren't many as this group knows what they are doing, and communicated clearly. If I could give 5 plus stars we would! The work includes a paver patio with a pergola installlation, a retaining wall to raise and support the patio and pergola area, several additional retaining walls in the front and backyard, a basketball court, French drains, gutter and downspout connections, and help with trees in the backyard. Doni is very patient and pays close attention to every detail. As the project progresses, he carefully evaluates each area and comes back with thoughtful recommendations and improvements, especially for the retaining walls and drainage. He is committed to doing the work properly and delivering a high-quality result instead of rushing through the project just to finish quickly. Doni is still helping us complete the final parts of the project, and we have been very pleased with his work. I highly recommend Escobar Landscaping and Doni Morales to anyone considering a landscaping or outdoor renovation project. His patience, attention to detail, helpful suggestions, and commitment to quality truly set him apart. I will upload pictures later.
