The whole process from check in to check out was a breeze and I don't mean quick. She is thorough. From the minute I gave the front desk his name they immediately started to talk to him as though he was the patient (because even though he's only 5, he still is!) and genuinely cared to hear his responses. I loved the decor and the branding. As a Creative myself i can tell she really took the time to utilize her branding as an EXPERIENCE. Upon check in they gave him a basket to carry throughout the whole process. They gave him tokens at each "event" like after he got his Xrays taken... and the after cleaning... so that he would be able to purchase something toward the end of his visit. LOVE THIS. It kept him engaged and worked hard to pay attention and cooperate through the visit (THANK YOUUU) From the X-ray tech treating him as though he was at Disneyland (no joke about that) to their mascot taking a snooze right next to us... to the canoe chairs they lay in... to the TVs they can watch while getting their teeth cleaned... I mean I could seriously go on!! My son thinks this place is a vacation and is begging me to go back Yes, take your little one here even if you have to drive a bit to get here (like I do!) you won't regret it.

Update 1/29/2024 - I just received a letter that we are no longer welcome at this dentist because of my review and me being frustrated because they scheduled multiple appointments when I work. I had to miss two half days of work for something that could have been completed in one appointment. You would think they would want their patients to feel wanted and greeted well. They sure took my money but they treated me and my kid's like crap from the second we checked in. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They don't take honest reviews well at all. They will kick you out. I guess that's why every review is a 5 star talking about how great they are. AGAIN DONT LEAVE AN HONEST REVIEW!

We were recommended to children's dentistry by our neighbors. Once you walk in, you are greeted then the lobby/waiting area is a kids dream. There's a castle and then an arcade as well. It took awhile trying to get our son back to the room because he just wanted to play. The dentist we saw was so sweet and my son is nervous around doctors so it was refreshing how slow they take things and they don't rush or force the little ones. It was definitely a refreshing visit from our last dentist experience. And I would recommend Children's Dentistry. We had a great experience and it was almost impossible to get our son to leave. He went back to the castle to play immediately after we were done with his appointment.

My twins love him, and I (mom) have always just sat in the room during cleanings to hear the updates on their teeth but also the three of us chat with Dr. Sean and give all the 'life updates' and we share stories. He has always communicated well, respected choices relating to care, and had excellent patient education and encouragement to my kids to keep up with dental hygiene. After reviewing our Pediatrician's list of recommendations, Yelp and proximity to our house I thought I would give Pediatric Dental Group a shot. Well, it was a good choice! All the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and cozy with big red chairs for my 17 month old to climb onto and they had books on the tables to distract her as well. Daisy, the Dental Assistant gave us a tour of the office and what to expect for this visit. This was very helpful because I had no idea what to expect with a toddler visit to the Dentist, especially since I have a hard time brushing her teeth! Lastly, Dr. David Strange arrived introduced himself, walked me through how he will brush her teeth and then do fluoride. Anyway, all in all this is a great office and somewhere I feel like you can trust to bring your kiddos.

Fantastic dentist, staff, and entire operation…read more I like to write negative reviews when it's deserved: check my profile, it's kind of a hobby. But Dr. Ha's business and people are so great I geeked out with her a bit, asking what kind of franchise it is because everything was more professional than I've ever experienced: The detailed intake conversation, how they do a cleaning where I don't have to spit. :-P The tv screens on the wall and ceiling, glasses to block out the blinding lights, noise cancelling headphones (fantastic idea), etc. And I learned that it's not a franchise, but that she designed the business and setup herself. Pretty amazing. I saw the one negative review here which asserted that these positive ones must all be fake. So that motivated me to write my own.

I would be wary of the high review average at Clear, which feels more like an office full of…read moresalespeople who have a background in dentistry, as opposed to the other way around. It's a new space so it feels modern and immaculately clean. The staff is kind, but can feel more procedural and robotic than down to earth and personable. I don't have insurance so I always try to get an affordable cash price. On my first visit, I got X-rays and an exam and was convinced to get their one year plan as well as a two part deep cleaning, with a follow up clean a couple months later, since apparently a regular cleaning just wouldn't do with my mouth. Doing the math, I saved a little money on their plan vs paying for each service a la carte, but it was still super expensive. I had one deep clean before so I figured I could benefit from another for my gum health. I wasn't very numb at first so they checked on me and added some more. It went pretty smoothly and was only sore for the rest of the day. I ran into some financial hardships and had to put off dental care for a year. When I tried to schedule a cleaning and explained I could only afford a basic cleaning at the moment, the main doctor transferred me to someone else who tried to sell me on another super deluxe mega care plan. I reiterated that I could only afford a basic cleaning at this time. I was then told I needed new X-rays and an exam on top of a cleananing. I was tired of the upsell pitches and knew more would inevitably be fired my way had I gone through with an office visit so I decided to cancel and find a new dentist. In the end, I felt awkward in the chair, constantly felt pushed into more expensive services, and found out later their deep clean was probably not necessary. The care I received was adequate, but even though going to the dentist is rarely fun, this crew was just not my vibe. My advice: get to know patients on a more personal level and understand what they can and can't afford before being so pushy with the upsells, otherwise it will drive more patients away than just myself.

The one thing that bothered me a bit was that I would always feel pressured to schedule my next appointment fat in advance and reassured that it was no issue because I could always reschedule, but was always given the reminder text or call on a Friday while working and then they would close for the weekend, leaving me without time to reschedule within the grace period, and resulting in some cancellation fees.
