In their Youtube ad. they claimed they can "Reset your gut". That sounds nice right? The problem is that is not possible. No medication, procedure, ect "resets your gut". If they are making dubious claims in their advertisements, can you trust them with your money? Excluding money, your health and live. My guess is that it is only a matter of time until they are investigated if they aren't already.

EXAMPLES: (1) I was charged $500 on credit card right after making appointment and 2 weeks before I got any service. This was just for the 1 hour initial consultation; (2) I also found out that IHW will keep the full amount, $500, if you are a no show or don't give them enough notice to cancel. What if you have an emergency? (3) The $500 was the charge for the initial visit [1 hour]. I recently paid this much to stay at Holiday Inn for 4 days, 4 nights & 4 meals. Dr. Khan simply asked me basic questions that I could easily answer on intake form such as what are your health issues, what types of foods do you eat, medical history, etc. (4) No examinations, diagnostic testing or treatments were done at this office. Instead, Dr. Khan filled out form marking various tests he recommended to be done with a separate business so I decided to order one of testing kits which was mailed to me and I then sent sample back to that business. (5) I later found out that before I was allowed to see any of the results, I had to pay $250 extra for office visit with Dr. Khan just to have him go over results with me. Well, I can read. I could easily figure this out for myself; (6) Then after I took recommended sups, total amount for everything came to around $1,800 yet I could not tell for sure if these sups helped me at all; (7) Results of test made no sense to me and were so frightening that I had a second test with another company done for just $125. Their results were oddly quite different, much better. (8) Then I saw on their website that if you call their office with just a question, you could be charged for that too. (8) Finally, I recommend going to another functional medicine doctor, Dr. Belinda He. She only charged $90 for initial 1 hour visit, instead of $500. She also had me fill out several pages of questions prior to this visit. Then the price of $90 included a physical exam, nutritional test, and free supplements. Finally, If you miss an appointment, you are only charged $50 instead of $500. CONCLUSION: So, is INTERNAL HEALTH & WELLNESS's primary focus really about helping you get well or just a major money making scheme? You decide.
