Our first visit we had an appointment and they ignored us for 20 minutes past our appointment time. We almost walked out when they finally called us. One of the barbers was loud and crass and was so obnoxious, we could hardly wait to get out of there. The haircut was somewhat decent however, and a good price. We decided to give them a second shot a few weeks later, and once again made an appointment with Ernest. This time, they went over 30 minutes past our appointment time before they even acknowledged us. Not only that, but he did such a poor job this time, my hubby was left with razor burns on most of his hair perimeter even days later. Location is convenient right off a main street, parking is plentiful and pricing is decent. That said, with the unprofessional lack of customer attentiveness, disregard for keeping appointments and shoddy shave work, we will definitely not be returning.

While the lines were very clean, I had expressed to my barber that my current stylist was working on gradually moving my part down (Supercuts messed it up and had it about 3/4" too high). My part was put back in the wrong location. I had grown out my hair for two months to try and make it easier to move the part, so now back to ground zero on that. Also, I was very unhappy to see that the clippers were not being sanitized between clients - as someone who is familiar with the cosmetology industry (but by no means an expert), I know that combs, scissors, and clippers need to be sanitized to prevent the spread of skin borne bacteria and infections. I could see the previous clients hair on the clipper heads before they were used on me. They simply used compressed air to clean them off.
