However, while reflecting on 2023 as this year comes to an…read moreend, I would be remiss to not offer deep gratitude for the ways that Turntable has powerfully upgraded my life in the remarkably short time period of one year. I was reluctant to start therapy, as an independent and self-driven man. I was concerned about retaining a relative stranger to who'd try to tell me what to do. This was not THAT. For the past twelve months my therapist has been very instrumental in supporting me in a myriad of ways, while simultaneously enhancing my sense of self-efficacy. Turntable, the practice itself, is a vibe. The decor and the staff are warm...individually and collectively. From the front desk to the therapists, people look like they enjoy doing meaningful work with integrity. The energy was right, so I took my chance. I'm glad I did. My relationship with myself is now stronger and healthier, as such, I was able to make positive shifts with my overall wellness, work-life balance, and relationships. With continued professional help, I aim to improve other areas of my life as well...I even look forward to it. Thank you
