So here we go. The term is usually you get what you pay for. I'll admit that the wings at any Hooters are ok to not great. These were somewhere in between. The niche has alwasy been the girls, the attention the customers get to add to the experience and/or atmosphere. There must have been a total of 7 customers spread around the restaurant, excluding the guys sitting at the bar. Well, those guys at the bar must have left a HUGE tip or bar tab because the waitresses, to include the manager it seemed where giving a great majority of their attention to them. Decent flirting going on sonmaybe they were boyfriends. Who knows. But what indo know is this. The food is not nearly good enough so the niche makes up for it. Not that day for sure. We were seated in a timely matter, they took our drink orders right away and we received our drinks. We also ordered our food at the same time. We waited almost 40 mins for our food to come out while tables that were seated after us were giving their food. Our server Yoky was in the kitchen the majority of the time talking to the cooks. We had to flagg down multiple servers to refill our drinks. The restaurant was not packed and not to mention we were her only table. Food was finally brought out and it was cold. They did not bring out my chilli until after we are eaten our other food. I am really disappointed in the service. Yoky is labeled as an hourly manager and treated us like bottom of the barrel. The food was honestly really good, but the service was extremely disappointing. A group of five that came in after me was seated before I was, and nobody ever came back to seat me. I got a menu, looked it over, knew exactly what I wanted, and still sat there waiting with no acknowledgment. One of the employees even came over to cash out takeout orders and still never checked on me. I eventually had to seat myself at the bar just to finally place my order around 2:38, and I didn't receive my food until a little after 3:00. I drove 35 minutes expecting a better experience. I originally wanted to dine in, but after feeling completely ignored the entire time, I just took my food to my car to eat. If you want a hassle while dining out and spending your hard earned money, this is the place to go. The staff works hard and tries to provide great service. The management sucks and definitely destroys your night out. The company knows their management sucks, but does nothing to try to improve the customer experience. They're different on Yelp than compared to Google. They don't show the prices on their menu either. Food was good, they need more hard Cider flavors. Pretty disgusted right now with Management of this restaurant. We have been coming here since it has open and trying to give support regardless of the slow kitchen or short staff. We have also done two carryouts in the last 2 months and have been burned by both of them(missing purchased items!!) I finally spoke up and called the manager. She was very willing to credit me the items that were not in our bag, however she couldn't and I had to wait for the other Manager Vince, to come in. Well of course I didn't get a call back so I called myself and he was just a jerk and never apologized and pretty sure never credited the items as it has not reflected on my credit card statement.
