Not sure why all the haters. I came on a Monday for AYCE wings. We were sat, had drinks within 10 min, and our waitress circled back every 10-15 min to check on us with reorders on the wings out in 10 min, tops. Pretty solid considering she was full on every table. I'd hit it...again. read more

So here we go. The term is usually you get what you pay for. I'll admit that the wings at any Hooters are ok to not great. These were somewhere in between. The niche has alwasy been the girls, the attention the customers get to add to the experience and/or atmosphere. There must have been a total of 7 customers spread around the restaurant, excluding the guys sitting at the bar. Well, those guys at the bar must have left a HUGE tip or bar tab because the waitresses, to include the manager it seemed where giving a great majority of their attention to them. Decent flirting going on sonmaybe they were boyfriends. Who knows. But what indo know is this. The food is not nearly good enough so the niche makes up for it. Not that day for sure. Felt forgotten at times anf that, for that price and expectation of attention is not what one pays for. Nothing extravagant required, just the occasional check in. Not even a fly-by that day read more

It didn't start well, no one was at the hostess stand. I sat myself, told a waitress and apologized for seating myself. I ordered a gin and soda, a cheesesteak & fries. The waitress proudly delivers my beer. Beer? I ordered a gin and soda. She returns. No gin. Vodka? OK, sure, vodka and soda. She brings me a lowball glass of what looks like coke. When I say soda, I mean soda water. I got my food before I got a drink. The cheesesteak is half the size I expect and dry. There's a thin strip of cheese, almost melted. The fries were dry. I get my drink, finally. At this point, I'm just fed up. I pay, finish the sandwich and leave half my drink on the table. It's sad to see how far Hooters has fallen. read more

Service was decent... the food was HORRIBLE. We got medium sauced wings and tasted like the flavor was grease. They were so dry. The waitress brought out a side sauce and it was just as disgusting. How is this place still allowed to be open?? Just horrible food. read more

Eye candy yes! Food porn no! What happened to the whole wings they were famous for? Itty bitty wing dings ? They advertised the Daytona wings as grilled but they're fried first and then put on the griddle for a charred finish The celery and salad I just ate for some greenery (kinda old). The customer service was fine but not the food read more

The food was honestly really good, but the service was extremely disappointing. A group of five that came in after me was seated before I was, and nobody ever came back to seat me. I got a menu, looked it over, knew exactly what I wanted, and still sat there waiting with no acknowledgment. One of the employees even came over to cash out takeout orders and still never checked on me. I eventually had to seat myself at the bar just to finally place my order around 2:38, and I didn't receive my food until a little after 3:00. I drove 35 minutes expecting a better experience. I originally wanted to dine in, but after feeling completely ignored the entire time, I just took my food to my car to eat. The food saved the review, but the service definitely needs improvement. read more

The service was not good...ignored since we were a couple...the food was also not good...when exactly did they make the wings??. Felt like they were hours old...absolutely don't recommend. read more

We were seated in a timely matter, they took our drink orders right away and we received our drinks. We also ordered our food at the same time. We waited almost 40 mins for our food to come out while tables that were seated after us were giving their food. Our server Yoky was in the kitchen the majority of the time talking to the cooks. We had to flagg down multiple servers to refill our drinks. The restaurant was not packed and not to mention we were her only table. Food was finally brought out and it was cold. They did not bring out my chilli until after we are eaten our other food. I am really disappointed in the service. Yoky is labeled as an hourly manager and treated us like bottom of the barrel. Never again will we go to this hooters. read more

They have always had the best hot wings. But they came out with Daytona wings. Holy cow!!! These are the best wings ever!!! We now order BOTH wings. Not only are the wings amazing but the beautiful servers are so nice and treat me like I'm a ViP. The DoorDash service wings are absolutely pathetic but if you order a regular carry out or dine in, HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! read more

Ate here today. The wings were delicious. I got 20 wings to go. It did not take long to get my take out order. The wings were hot and delicious. The staff was friendly. The price of 20 hot wings was almost $31. Hooters is a little pricey but the wings are great! read more

Love coming back to Hooters. So friendly and I love the wings!!! And it is now such a great place to watch sports!

Terrible food but has some nice views. Onion rings taste like they were dunked in a urinal. Burger is a greasy mess. Girls were friendly and had fast service. 5 stars for the waitress, 1 star for food read more

If you want a hassle while dining out and spending your hard earned money, this is the place to go. The staff works hard and tries to provide great service. The management sucks and definitely destroys your night out. The company knows their management sucks, but does nothing to try to improve the customer experience. I guess when they have to close the doors they will figure it out. read more

I love the signature sauce, I always get their sauce. The waitress are great, I would reccoumend.

The food is ok it's the service that stands out. The girls are great, I wanted to comment about the rewards program that seems to have turned into a scam. My last four visits when I record the visit in the app I get this message: Oops! We are looking for your check, but its taking longer than expected. Once we find it, we'll let you know and add it to your account. Okay A week has gone by and no updates So my last four visits have gone unrecorded, no visits no $10 rewards read more

Good bar food, great beer, wings are amazing, service so so bar maids are better then waitress but must if not all spend a lot of time on the phones taking selfies but who could blame them I guess... Great tits on all of them maybe push-up bras but not sure the views are amazing so I can't complain. My go to is the crab legs usually. read more

Waited in the waiyarea for someone to take my To Go order for 30 minutes now and counting. Smh what great damn service. My order was over 100 dollars and still no one has helped me. First time coming here. Wanted a place to snack at. This place is absolutely packed for a Thursday night. What I don't like are the hours, they're confusing! They're different on Yelp than compared to Google. They don't show the prices on their menu either. Food was good, they need more hard Cider flavors. Overall fair place I wouldn't mind coming back too. read more

Rude! We walked in at about 11:20 am. Two women were at the bar. No acknowledgment or anything. They both looked at us, the brunette walked in the back and the blond just kept playing with here telephone. We eventually just left. Terrible employees and customer service. read more

I hate going here. Honestly if it wasn't work events or people I know being already there I would never go. Terrible service every time. It's like they just don't want to serve people like me (minority) Absolutely hate playing that card but last 4 (yes 4) everyone on my table gets served except me. Even repeatedly reminding the waitress doesn't help and twice I just left after not being served for over an hour. If you even have a slight tan, I'd recommend someplace else read more

I've been here twice and first visit was ok. This visit was bad. The wings are still good. The service is bad. Forgot a meal, lied about it, and now we have someone waiting another 20 min while everyone is eating. It's just little things like they don't have toothpicks - you're a chicken wing joint. Maybe it's just a lack of employees (part was not being used), but it's not a great experience anymore. read more

Food was not hot, made my burger wrong, very low quality boneless wings, and low quality all around. Told the company and was offered nothing for the bad experience. Skip this place. UPDATE: Owner saw Yelp review and STILL did not offer anything for the bad service! Just a standard fake 'apology'. This is the service you get when THEY mess up. None. read more

Wow - was there for 3 1/2 hours with a larger group. Meal took over 90 minutes to start to come out after waiting 45 minutes to get our order in. Meal was slow to be delivered to the table, coming out over a 30 minute period. Food was actually pretty good but wings and burgers aren't worth the wait. Server was pleasant and felt bad for her. Manager refused to come out of the kitchen to address the situation. read more

Pretty disgusted right now with Management of this restaurant. We have been coming here since it has open and trying to give support regardless of the slow kitchen or short staff. We have also done two carryouts in the last 2 months and have been burned by both of them(missing purchased items!!) I finally spoke up and called the manager. She was very willing to credit me the items that were not in our bag, however she couldn't and I had to wait for the other Manager Vince, to come in. Well of course I didn't get a call back so I called myself and he was just a jerk and never apologized and pretty sure never credited the items as it has not reflected on my credit card statement. This family is officially DONE with this place and I have no problem WARNING everyone I know to not waste their money or time. Signed, Very disappointed customer read more

I placed a takeout order of a 5 piece tender meal with fries. I specified with this order medium Buffalo sauce extra wet...well I ended up getting naked with absolutely no sauce period!!
