What a really nice and clean restaurant. The staff were very nice and prompt. Never had to ask for a refill. Chloe was very personable and made sure that our food orders were correct. We enjoyed the fun sports bar atmosphere belong with great food. read more

Order a pick up order from your website for a pick up at 12! You open at 11am. I arrive at 12 and am told you don't have my order. A manager comes over and sees it is a schedule pick up order but says we don't start pick ups til 12:30! Why does your website say otherwise and allow me to place an order then? People have already eaten and are leaving, and the place is not busy at all and I'm told they will put my order in now but it will take 20-30 min. Took over 30 minutes for the food to come out. I don't live far at all, and most of the fries are pretty soggy and cold, however the wings were at least hot and crispy and delicious. The first hostess I spoke with was excellent and nice. The pick up area, eh. read more

I have not been to Hooters in a very long time, but the SW Florida fam wanted to go. It was a quiet night, not too many people there. We were seated quickly and got our drinks. I wanted the classic Hooters wings (10), but two different sauces..... well...... Hooters does not do this.... At least they cannot smother them with two different sauces.... So the waitress told me I could ask for the sauces on the side. I am glad she suggested this. The breaded wings were steaming hot and great! I was able to put as much or as little sauce on them. I also ordered the classic curly fries with the jalapeño cheese sauce. The cheese sauce is good... but the fries were wayyyyyyyyyy too salty for me. I ate them only cause I could dip them in the cheese sauce. read more

As a woman I didn't feel comfortable dining here by myself. Didn't feel like the female staff paid as much attention to me as the male customers. Bartenders were discussing work related issues behind the bar. Felt a bit ignored, I ordered wings and a beer. Wings were good as you'd expect from a Hooters (they're a wing place). Not many people in the place; I would return again at a different time of day when maybe it's more lively. read more

This location came up when we searched for Ohio State bars in Fort Myers. We stopped in for the first half of the game on a Saturday night. Our bartender Emily was very nice. We didn't eat, but I'll have the loaded tots next time. Fun sports bar to catch a game or a snack. read more

I only came here because it was in walking distance to my hotel. The waitresses here are very rude to female customers. This is a RESTAURANT, not a gentleman's club! The bavarian pretzels were very bland. Maybe freezer burned? Definitely not worth $10. read more

Dear Hooters Team, I wanted to express my disappointment after recently finding out that you removed the Teriyaki sauce from your menu. I'm highly upset because that sauce was one of the main reasons I came to Hooters -- it was the best Teriyaki sauce around and truly made your wings stand out from other restaurants. Please consider bringing it back! It was a fan favorite and a big part of why many customers, including myself, chose to dine with you. Losing that option has honestly made my experience at Hooters much less enjoyable. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I really hope you'll reconsider and bring back the Teriyaki sauce soon. read more

Great lunch both had lunch specials and it was hot fresh and tasty and for two under $25

Had to send our wings back because they were cold, when we got them back it was pooled in sauce that looked nasty and the wings weren't even covered in them! The fried pickles were ehhh and didn't really taste like anything. Haven't been to hooters in years but sheesh we won't go back! Our waitress Hannah was very nice and made the best of a tough situation from the kitchen... read more

It's my fault... I went back. Carry out wings. Paid for 30 received 27. Asked for well done. They're in my air fryer now trying to get to crispy in small batches. The sad thing is they were in three containers. Easy to count. Apparently nobody on the line can count to ten. No point in the "manager" commenting- nothing will ever make me return. Good luck. read more

Bartender was terrible. Rude and a night mare she was un caring and disrespectful. She should never be in customer care .. Terrible service and everyone at the bar agreed. ONLY 1 GIRL. LINDSEY. RHE MOST DISRESPECTFUL AND TWRRIBKE SERVICE. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME. Sad because day shift is amazing. we will be filing things non stop u til she is fired or sent somewhere else. She is impossible. I have been coming here since the early 90's. Great food. And we eat there about once a month. I wanted to leave a review today after the amazing service we had with our waitress Isabelle K. It's older location it's been around 40 years so expect more of a bar dive feel. I had wings and they were good and the girls are all really good looking. Do you get the typical hooters environment. Dani was the bartender and she was awesome and very attentive. Would go back for sure. read more

Really slow service and it was a slow time of the day. Waitress was more concentrated on chatting with I guess regulars than serving new customers. Nice looking girls if that matters, but really poor service. read more

I have a lot of bad things to say about this place...sorry. First off, the wings were served dripping with oil. Proactively, we moved all 10 of these wings onto a fresh plate and yet another layer of grease formed at the bottom of the plate...man it just didn't stop! We eat wings often, but I've never seen grease like this. Curly fries were below room temperature and had virtually no salt on them. On top of abysmal food quality, service was subpar. My boyfriend ordered bone-in wings and was brought boneless...server immediately recognized this and pulled the plate away to bring back the proper order. While apologetic, she immediately took the plate away without offering options. It was about 10 minutes before she returned with the correct order. Our bill came, no discount, nothing. If I were a restaurant owner I would've cooked the wings or minimally, offered a discount. Haven't been here in years. Not sure I'll be back. read more

It's over for me at Hooter's. It was next door to the hotel, so I figured I'll try it again. They aren't shucking their own oysters, so they were meh. Those weren't medium wings. $40 for some OK wings and oysters and a beer just doesn't load the wagons. It was fun while it lasted. read more

chhaaaaaarrrraaaaaasssssshhhhh!!!!! 40 minute wait for a kids meal. 40 minute wait for boneless and then they bring out bone in wings. the lack of customer service and care was the worst i've ever experienced. been to hooters all over the world and this is definitely the worsr location. i wish i could give 0 stars read more

Hooters was somewhat different then Hooters in Los Angeles or Las Vegas. The place is clean and nicely lid. The crowd is usual. Bar is a Bar... Beer taste almost the same in all of them. I was never impressed with the quality of food there, neither was I this time. Tacos were fresh, yes did not taste like tacos, or came with normal sauces, but ranch dressing.. The tortias were not even prepared. Oh well. Hooters are known for a good-looking servers... Yes, in Florida it was very different... Yes, they were all fast, friendly and professional, yet the looks was not what Hooters are known for. In Los Angeles and Las Vegas the servers were more like pin-app models with sex appeal. Here is Florida they looked like teen cheer leaders... Nothing wrong with that but it is not the image what Hooters have on west coast.. Well over all it was OK.. I finished my beer fast and left for downtown... read more

One of my favorite places for wings that would normally get 5 stars but our service was less than attentive. If you want to hear the good tea being spilt by Hooters waitresses while they stand around by the hostess stand then outside at this location is the place for you. If you want drinks before you have been there 10 minutes, hot food, and a waitress to check on you when you need straws, silverware, another drink, ranch, wet naps, a to go box....maybe not this location, as our waitress and four other waitresses were more interested in the chit chat than making sure they were giving great service. A disappointment for sure. read more

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat after laying around at the pool all day. Ashley told us about the $5 margaritas so of course we ordered it! I wasn't a huge fan of it but for $5 what the heck might was well. We ordered 10 bone in wings, 20 buffalo shrimp, curly fries and hot turkey and bacon wrap. All the good was delish and hot!!! Although I would recommend removing the label/stickers off top of lids before giving to the guest. We don't need to know when you portioned it. Thank you Ashley for the great service Sunday afternoon! read more

A great place to get together with a group. The atmosphere is great for watching any sport. I often go on Saturdays to see the UFC fights because the food and fights are cheaper to watch their than to but at home. The food is great for the price and their curly fries are great. The one thing I would say is lacking is the service. Normally the service is sufficient but on multiple occasions our food took over a half hour to come.
