Went to Chili's for a burger. Order from the back of menu two $12.99 burgers. On the front were the same meals but much more expensive @ 18 and 17 dollars each. All came with fries & our server said the salad was included. We has ice tea to drink. Bill was $55 & I nearly dropped my teeth. We also felt rushed, even though the place was nearly empty. I kniw prices are up, but I feel that we were charged for the more expensive burgers and charged fir salads we didn't really need. Will never order from or go to Chili's again. Come to eat here on 11/01. The server was very nice and very attentive but the food was very low quality. I had to send back a steak I ordered a medium rare steak and parts of the steak were so stiff I couldn't not even chew through it. Me and the person I came with both felt sick after eating here. It was such a pleasure having a professional, outgoing, happy person waiting on us, you could tell she knew her stuff and enjoys her career- this was our second time in this location, and Samantha made us appreciate coming here! Chili's restaurant oh, the place that I met my future wife on our first date, the place that I got engaged and known for its chips and salsa. However this place has some great staff including our waitress. We haven't been there in quite some time and as soon as she walked in to remember who you are which is very impressive. What I like about Chili's is that when you come in you're greeted right away by greeter and the bar section is very open and welcoming. I always like to go there to have a beer and the chips and salsa and just relax enjoy the sports TVs and just unwind. ordered Curbside dinner and was very pleased! The staff delivered my food thru the passenger window so no direct contact at all. And the food was fresh and delicious. Just like in the restaurant. Ok, we do get this restaurant once a month or so and do love their burgers as well as a few other items they have in their menu. A lot of times I will let things slide. We got chips and salsa in the chips we received remind me of the little broken pieces in the bag of a bag of chips. Ok, You're still tasty good so I let that slide. My oldest daughter ordered a cheeseburger plain, and we sent it back because it had mustard on it. Okay I'll let that slide. When we sat down it was so cold inside there. I think at under 65°. We did move, and the next customer that sat down in our old chair also moved. And then there's another group of customers came in , sat down in a few minutes later there teenage daughter went out to the car and got a blanket. Now a positive note. The server was very friendly and even the manager offered us a free dessert because the coldness. But overall the experience was undesirable. This place is not worth the visit . The food and the service sucked. We went there as a group. Our group goes to different places each week. This week was Chili's . This was a mistake. We had one waiter for 24 people. He was taking orders six people at a time. The only things when our drinks orders came out the server didn't know where things went. When we ordered our food the people who ordered last their food came out first but they still couldn't figure out whose was whose. When our food came out it was cold. I had the margarita chicken. I've never had a problem getting it Naples. This one of my favorite dishes when it's hot. My husbands French fries were cold with his burger. Never once did the server ask how things were. Hard to get refills on drink. Then when it was time to pay he had us use one card reader to pay. Most of the bill were incorrect. Then because we used the machine to pay we were forced to give a tip. It was the only way we could check out we tried many times not to leave a tip but it would not allow us. This place needs new management or just needs to be closed. read more

Our server took drink orders immediately and there was only a 3 minute wait for drinks. Our food order was then promptly taken, came out within 10 minutes, and all was correct. Food was very good. Chili's is an old favorite!! Went there on New Years Day after a champagne hangover!! Restaurant was not busy at all, parking lot only had a handful of cars. Chili's has changed their menu. They say they now have bigger burgers and more meat on their ribs and fajitas. I was sad they got rid of their pretzel bread with their cheese dipping sauce. Maybe I was the only one that liked it!! Lol Service was really, really slow. I would say there were only 7 tables and the rest of the restaurant was empty. We went there because I had a coupon of spend $30 get $10 off. I was really trying to not go over $30 for budget reasons. I was trying to make sure we got to $30 (and not $29.96 lol) but it was hard to tell because the soft drinks didn't have a price on the menu. It just said "varies per restaurant" which to me is strange to not show prices for sodas and teas. If you can list prices for all your alcoholic beverages, why can't you list a price for soft drinks?? I figured drinks were a little over $2 each and change so we were still short so we ordered an appetizer of the Queso with chips and salsa. It took forever to get our drinks and appetizer. She finally brought out our drinks and said she was sorry that "all her tables" had food come up at the same time. When more time went by I started to think she either forgot the appetizer or everything was going to come out at once which I hate so I began to walk around to look for the server. I walked by and could see the kitchen area and saw she had our appetizer on a tray but was just standing there chit chatting with other employees. She brought the chips to our table and again apologized and said they ran out of chips and had to make a fresh batch. Chips were totally over done and dark brown :( Food came out a few minute later (ugh). I ordered an old classic which is the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich. Now that was delicious. Chicken was really fresh and crispy. Ordered it with a side of broccoli which was also seasoned perfect and fresh. My husband ordered the old time burger with no cheese. Burger care out with cheese. At this point we just give up!! The only thing that sucks is that sandwich on the menu has no cheese and if you want to add it there is an up-charge in which she also charged us for. So it wasn't like the cook just didn't read the order right. She placed it with cheese. But other than that, the burger was cooked perfectly and was really good. My daughter ordered a kids meal that was a grilled cheese sandwich and fries. She must have liked it because it was gobbled right up! We don't like to send food back (unless something is uncooked or totally wrong) just because it is an inconvenience for one person to sit and wait for their meal while everyone else is eating. Cheese on a burger wasn't the end of the world it's just these little things that are wrong start adding up. Now my calculations we should have been like $32 after tax and I was pretty surprised when the bill was $38. This takes me back to the point about the soft drinks we ordered that didn't have a price. $2.99 EACH!! That may not seem like a big deal especially when it's unlimited but it is a big deal when you don't get refills because you're waitress is constantly missing in action. If I had seen the drinks were that much we would't have ordered an appetizer and would have stayed within our budget. I may have a few eye rolls over $6 more but remember, the bigger the total, the more tax, the more tip. Just sucks to pay more and not even get what you really want!! I'm not a jerk and I still left a $5 tip on a $38 bill. Which was plenty considering we had to pay $1 more for cheese and totally overpriced sodas that were supposed to be free refills that we didn't get. read more

Here is my complaint. On line ordering is not working well. I have to enter my order multiple times. I did that today and lost my 25% 9ff $40 order reward. Then I tried using free chips and salsa award since that was all left. Ended up losing that too. Had to order with no reward! Very annoying! I've been going to this Chili's for years never had any problems until today. Erin (must be new) the server decided to charge us 30$ for 3 floaters. I don't know if she was pouring liquid gold or what but mind you the 3 drinks were only 21$ total. I've ordered floaters numerous times in the past and from this specific chili's and have never been charged 10$ a floater EVER. She tried be slick and ring in 3 shots to rip me off (I serve too I know how it works). You won't catch me in that chili's again if that money hungry old head is working. P.S. So on a Wednesday evening at 7:30 I stopped into this Chili's there were several open tables in the bar area and three or four seats open at the bar. I however there was not one clean spot at the bar all of the Open spaces had dirty dishes. I sat down and waited about 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me and said what do you have Bud I ordered a drink and waited no menus were available at the bar I got my drink no offer of do I want to order food not even I hear you go just put it in front of me I use my phone to pull up the menu online and finally get the bartenders attention and Order in about 10 minutes my quesadilla came out and was fine I had no silverware no napkins and an empty drink and still more spots opened up with dirty dishes in front of them not to be bussed. I attempted several time to get the bartenders attention as he passed by me I did finish my food without napkins or utensils and tried to get him to get my check no luck after waiting 10 minutes I called the restaurant and the woman said okay I'll take care of it not sure what that meant but she hung up. I eventually get the bartender's attention get my check and a napkin and decide to leave. I'm standing at the entrance and someone comes up and ask me if I needed anything and I explained the situation the young woman said okay what do you want me to do about it we've been busy since 4:30. No offer of apology just what do I have to do to fix it now I understand people are short staffed but the restaurant was completely open and mostly empty restaurants need to learn how to consolidate their tables so everyone can get served and get better service and their servers can make better money I probably will not be going back to this Chili's ever again even though it's very convenient to my location I appreciate when servers are busy I've been there but this was just an example of poor management and poor customer service read more

This Chilis I believe is racist. I am a young 31 year black man old man that worked as a host. When I went on the indeed app they said they needed a host. I go there and they said said they don't need one. I am a student at Florida Gulf Coast University and I don't play the RACE CARD!!? I graduate this fall with a degree in Interdisciplinary Entrepreneurship Studies. Now because of this experience I don't want anything to do with chilis. Then the server told me they couldn't get my guac out with my chips because the kitchen was mad.. one of the girls at my table didn't even get her food and my other friends steak was blue.. she couldn't even eat it ... the manager had to fix almost everyone's check and she tried to charge me extra for guac I didn't even get. When she wasn't going to take it off I asked to speak with her and she wouldn't even come out LOL... TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND THEY'RE SO MEAN TO THEIR employees.. making him feel bad about seating us.
