Typical hooters with great boneless wings. Ordered to go and it took about 20 minutes so a little slow but everything was correct and the bartender was polite and efficient. read more

0 STARS! I'll start by saying I am a Hooters fan. We had a party of 10. They gave us a trainee. The restaurant was busy but not packed at all (60%). I was the first person to place my order per the instructions of the server. They forgot to take the 10th person's order. 15 minutes later when everyone's drinks are empty, the server and trainee return to ask me and one other what our orders were. Come to find out, they lost our tickets(it happens). But before all said and done, two of the orders had to be written down three times. And then, everyone's orders had to be taken again (4th time) so that they could fill out our tickets. 6 people were out of drinks for 20 minutes. 1:30 after our arrival, we received our food which was 45 minutes after everyone else. The manager walked up with the two servers, and the most she said was "Sorry about the wait". No arrangments were made to correct the issues and no big apologies were made. The manager did not seem to ever care that mistakes were made. It is by far the worst service I have had at any Hooters. And this is a Hooters that I have been to frequently. Definitely disappoint after we finally got our tickets and paid out 2 and a half hours after arriving. read more

Great burger spot. Hooters is No longer the Sexist Spot of the '90's. Think Fridays etc. A hip Family Restaurant franchise now. The elderly, couples & babies are here everyday. read more

Took my wife for lunch... she had the boneless wings and I had the Daytona Style wings. Loved them, they were great. Service was good and the food came out quickly and hot... plenty of TV's. read more

Worst service we've had in a long time. Took over two and a half hours. Had to send one meal back and several others had mistakes. We had to go to the drink station to refill our own drinks. And the restaurant was only 75% full. We told the manager on duty and he didn't even really apologize. Just said he was short staffed and would help out with the bill, which they didn't even bother doing. Seems like the problems were split between the waitress, the cooks and the manager. I'd suggest finding another place to eat. This place will disappoint you. read more

One of the worst service we had. Walked inside the door at 10:05pm and waited 10 min just to have them tell us they can't seat us because the close at 11:00pm and they did not even look busy. read more

We had Hooters Destin for lunch. Lunch menu was a good value. Alicia our waitress was very good. Matt the manager was very friendly. They also have a big outdoor covered patio. read more

Food is about average for a hooters. Lots of TV's if that's what you want. Food was a little slow for not being very busy. Nice that it was open late. Took 30 minutes to get a drink refill. Took the same time to get the check. Waitress was nice, but wasn't very attentive, but was good to chat with her friends. read more

Went there to watch a game, and they didn't even appear to be that busy and wanted us to wait 45 minutes for a table for 15. I understand there would be a wait, but their parking lot was empty. We also asked the hostess if they were playing the semi finals game (NBA) and she told us "No". Got the impression they didn't want to handle a large party so we left. read more

I sat outside, mid afternoon & had Kat as a bartender. Prompt service, attentive to needs such as refills, ashtray, tv requests. Sparkling personality. The entire patio seemed to be enjoying her service. If the other girls here are the same caliber people, this is a great location read more

Service was good, ordered Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Was half the size of same sandwich in San Diego, Tampa, and Montgomery(now closed). Also got 20 boneless to go. Was horrified when I opened the box. They were the size of chicken nuggets, again half the size I am used to. Both the sandwich and the boneless wings tasted as good as ever, but left me feeling empty. I know its tough all over but please where's the Chicken? Are Gulf Coast Chickens small? Same bill, but lesser portions, hope this isnt a sign of the demise of Hooters. read more

We came in about 3 and were seated right away. Our server was nice, but there were multiple people taking care of us instead of just one girl. Fries are really good, my BBQ wings were good as well. However, the two people who had fried chicken (one a sandwich, the other sliders) felt sick shortly after. Didn't hate it, but didn't love it either. read more

Got our app before our beer.... Had to ask 3 times for 2 bottled beers. At 6pm. Way Before the fight.. When did they start putting peppers in the cheese sauce... and why isn't it advertised that way?! read more

Couldn't give zero stars. Avoid. This. Place. Poor service, worse management. Order messed up. Wings with feathers...

Service is very poor.... took for a waitress 15 min just to notice that she has a table, totally pissed me off. I had an impression, that if there is no man , these girls aren't interested in a serving a table properly.... my first n last time going there read more

Man hooters has went south and went south fast. Start it off by the waitress not coming to the table but once every 20 mins or so. Every time forgetting things we asked for. It took 3 trips to remember water. Ordered apps and they wasn't too bad. Ordered our food and waited about an hour and 15 mins. Crazy. Especially when there's only 7 tables occupied. I can see a wait with a packed house. But 7 tables come on. When my wings finally arrived they tasted like they sat in the grease for 30 mins then dipped in chunky hot sauce. Not sure why it's chunky. Horrible service. Horrible food. Never again read more

This was one of the worst experiences coming here. Margaritas were awful and our waitress was terrible. She didn't know who ordered what and couldn't even get the bills right. Not coming back. read more

Hands down the worst service I ever had at a restaurant. Yes, the girls were pretty and they were definitely up to the standard of the name of the place, but our waitress that night seemed like she would be better suited as someone who washed dishes more so that someone who served dinner. Not only could she not remember our orders, she didn't know the costs of the drink specials that night. And we never got any service. I swear she was just trying to flirt for tips instead of earning them. And when it became clear that we weren't going to bite, she literally abandoned us. I've never not left a tip before, until that night of course. For anyone who reads this, however. It was a UFC night and it was just our 1 waitress. And if she was telling the truth, she transfered to a different location a week after that night. Give the place a shot, please. But I wont be going back. read more

Great food. The wings are very crispy and the sauce is great. I recommend the Destin wings. The waitresses not only look very beautiful but they are good at their job. Shout out to Nichole. She is very funny, nice, and a great waitress. read more

No TaTas, No Touchy Touchy, wings = Chicken Nuggets, chips = Paper with salt, Si badonkadonk ;), boneless = BBQ

Worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. Period. We paid $50 cash to get a table- no problem, it was busy and we wanted a spot to watch the TV's.. We started by ordering 3 pitchers of beer (there were 12 of us celebrating our buddies bachelor party weekend) - we sat down, we waited 30 minutes and finally I asked where the pitchers were and was told "we are out"... Don't you think that would have been nice to know? We had no problem ordering bottles, were just trying to make it easier... Anyways, after this was figured out we ordered 120 wings and 4 French fries, and one of my friends ordered a Pepsi and some fireball shots... The Pepsi came, no shots... The wings came and were decent quality, but only received 1 French fry. When we were done eating I asked the waitress 3 separate times to please clear the table. We didn't want to keep looking at wing bones that had been sitting there for almost an hour. We were a group that would have continued to keep ordering a few beers but finally gave up and asked for checks. When we got our checks..Surprise, Surprise- they charged us for shots we never got and fries we never received. We called a manager over who basically said "I don't know who to believe so please just pay for it..." The waitress then lied, in front of us, to her manager saying she brought all this stuff which was completely absurd. We asked them to please check their camera system because we shouldn't be charged for something we never received- MONEY was NOT and issue for this group. Like I said, we paid $50 cash for table and only had 3 checks out of 12people to make it even easier for this waitress to do totals etc... It was a VERY simple order and we were all very easy going... I have never seen a more poorly managed restaurant and that waitress was easily the winner of worst service I have ever had. Good luck down there Hooters. I won't eat at another one ever again. Edit: watch your charges- just found out they took cash that one of us left for the meal and claimed it as "cash tip" then charged the meal to someone else's card in group. Insane. read more

As good as Hooters always is! Good service cold beer and great wings. When our of town I hate to eat at chains, but we ended up here and left happy. read more

The Destin Hooters is in a convenient location although there is no nice outdoor seating because all there is to see is a parking lot and highway 98. The service is great though and the food above average for a sports bar atmosphere. Great wings and great fish sandwich! Lots of big screen TV's to watch the game. Would give five stars if location more interesting. read more

Ordered boneless wings , the smallest wings I've ever seen , plus you're suppose to get 6 , I received 5 . Pina colada was below average, as was the Long Island ice tea. Very disappointing. read more

I have been a customer of Hooters since 1992 and never had a manager issue once until recently. I went to the hooters in destin and the waitress "Mary" did a great job of taking care of us. The problem happened when the assistant manager "Bob" decided that it was acceptable to bring out burnt wings out to me. I asked him why he brought these out to me burnt and he first blatantly lied to me and said that this is the way that were supposed to come out (Naked and Wet with Daytona sauce type wings). Then after I mentioned that the previous ones that were brought out were not burnt he then stated for me to just go ahead and try them and let him know if I liked them or not. We have going away parties for our staff there and it's definite now a good reason for us now start going to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. I cannot imagine that this individual would be a good manager when he lacks integrity, and his initial reaction when we brought the issue to his attention (Rude). It was the worst experience I have ever run into at a Hooters. It's most likely because of all the tourist who will still go because of the good experiences they had with other locations. What a shame. read more

Worst HOOTERS I've ever been to. If slow and unsteady is the way to go then they got it right also don't expect all your food at the same time. I do not recommend this place with all the great places to eat in Destin go some where else. read more

Sabrina P. Was amazing!!!! I came into lunch last week and had outstanding service from Sabrina. She was beyond friendly, very beautiful, very nice, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely will be back soon! Thank you! read more

Service was horrible! We called in order to go. When we got there, the waitress was yelling at customer to hold on while order was filled. Food took a while for a to go order. Food was still great but will never eat there based on first impression since we are visiting from out of state. read more

I have visited many Hooters in FL and across the USA. This one is one of the worst I have visited. Me and my family stopped in while in town for the 4th of July, the place wasn't too busy with about 6-8 hooter girls standing around doing nothing. We got seated then promptly forgot about. After 10 minutes, we flagged a hooters girl down to place our order. She took our drink order and said our waitress would be right with us. That never happened. After receiving our drinks, we sat another 10 minutes being forgotten about. At this point we decided to move to a different section. This is when we received serious attitude from hooters girl "Alexa" when we asked if we could sit in this section since we've had no service. Alexa wouldn't make it at any other customer service establishment with her b!$@h attitude when asked a question. Totally disappointed in this establishment and probably won't visit here again. I can't recommend it to others either, as Destin FL has other establishments that are similar with better customer service. read more

Went around 2pm on a weekday. Service was mediocre. The waitress said the Daytona style wings were the best seller so we got them. They were chewy to say the least. We asked to have them thrown back on the grill for a bit longer but were informed they could not do that...the description said they were cooked and then seated on the grill. My boneless chicken wings looked like they got them from McDonalds. We did not eat the Daytona style wings and after sending back 9 out of 10 wings we had to ask to have the order removed from the bill. Here is where the wait staff lost all interest in us, no smiles, no apologies. It was the worst food I had in Destin! read more

Recommend for guys who wanna see Boobs when they're gonna eat at beach. Food are all fried and no vegetables. Wings taste are acceptable. Price is higher than average. Boobs are friendly and looks pretty. BTW, it's really noise, if you have to choose here, it's better take a outside table. read more

Service here is terrible. The bartender should be busing tables and not waiting on customers. Spend your money elsewhere.

Been to this Hoooters in the past. Wings were huge! And tasty. Service was pretty good, server was nice. Hooters is always a bit pricey but that was expected going in. I guess all in all it was very good but noting special. Not sure if we will go back as there are so many options in Destin. read more

Stopped by this Hooters because it was located close to where we were staying. About 7:30 pm and there were 9 people waiting. The girl at the hostess station was on the phone when we came in and never looked up or at us. Never. A man was involved in her conversation as well however he did break away long enough to inform us there was a wait. (We expected that it would be. That's why I looked to see how many people were waiting). Then the man told us it would be at least an hour, no hour and a half, well more like 2 hours wait to be seated, then rejoined with earnest the conversation. Really. He didn't know if there were 2 people or 102 people in our party and frankly he did not care, he sure did not ask The hostess is still talking on the phone. We just left and will never return to that Hooters. I hope the hostess is off the phone by now. The professionalism at this restaurant is, well - lacking and simply sad. Thankfully there are many many other nice eating establishments in the area. My advice is to visit them and avoid this Hooters unless you call. That's may be the key to receiving reasonable service as they seem to enjoy speaking on the telephone. read more

Wings Didn't Taste Good And The Woman Who Work Here Kept Staring At Me And Lousy Service. I Wish I Could Give This Place Half A Star

Worst service ever! We were seated at 7:30 and ordered right away. Food came to the table at 8:45!!! Over an hour wait!!!! The service was horrible and they charged us for the sauce the waitress recommended! We will never visit this location again! Should have read all the other bad reviews before coming here. Then she messed the check up to top it off! Worst place I've visited in a long time!!! read more
