Ehhhh.... I came to review the service since it was slightly dead by the parking lot and it was myself and 2 other guest. My waiter was nice and pleasant but totally forgot about me once a regular came, but that didn't phase me much. The food however ticked me off the mozzarella sticks were completely cold in the middle! The cheese was like a blob of glue u find under an old diner table and the wings..... they were RAWWWW I was waiting on John Cena or Triple H to come from the back! So ..... I would stay away ‍

What's not to like? Chicken Wings, Hooters Girls. I usually get the shrimp with Three Mile Island Sauce. Love the flavor and the spice. Some of my contemporaries think that this is the lesser of the two Hooters in Baton Rouge buts it's all the same to me.

I've joined an informal club. It doesn't have many rules and I'm allowed to talk about it. We eat cheesesteaks. Preferably at a different location each week. Here are my musings concerning this particular cheesesteakery. The texas cheesesteak forgoes the sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms and replaces them with pico de gallo. Also, insteak...I mean instead (sorry for the Steakian-slip) of melted provolone, as is served on the regular cheesesteak offered here, melted nacho cheese is used. This was a pretty decent offering from a place known for a completely different type of fare. The bread was a bit doughy for my tastes but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. If it had been toasted on the grill a little longer it would have been wonderful. The meat was hot and the pico cold. Plenty of raw jalepeno was a good touch too. I found the nacho cheese to be a bit tangy and it definitely threw off the umami of the 'steak. I don't think I would have enjoyed the nacho cheese on nachos either. This was disappointing because Hooters is probably the only cheesteakateria we've visited that used a melted cheese a la traditional Philly style. All in all, I enjoyed the cheesesteak on the whole but I would not order it again, mostly because I love the wings more.

Still no one asked we needed a refill. We were here for 35 min now... wow.

Worst lemon pepper wings I ever had at a Hooters. It was like plain wings with a touch of seasoning. Will NOT go there again.

There are only about 5 golf simulators, but a big bar with tons of bar like seating and TVs everywhere. This would be a great place to watch a sports game or to come to enjoy the atmosphere if you don't want to do the gold simulators. We sat at a high top and were able to watch tv and watch some parties golf. From where we were sitting, the golf simulators offer more than golf. There were so many things you could do, and each simulator had there own area/cubby, so that was nice if you wanted to do that. I thought the service could have been better. First, they had to start a tab when you order, which I understand for this atmosphere. Tip is already included when you pay. Because it is still new, we didn't mind that the service was slow. The food and drinks were great bar food. Delicious! We got the mozz sticks, chicken Caesar wrap, and the hot honey chicken sandwich. It was all great portions and very good. I also got the strawberry mojito, which I ended up getting another one because it was so good. Will definitely be back!

We decided to eat at the bar. This bar has a weird set up. The seats are low and the waitress handed our food and drinks down from behind the bar. This isn't a good idea because of the set up. On to the food. I had the Seafood Soul Rolls and Flaming Hennessy Wings. The rolls were stuffed with okay tasting shrimp fried rice. Nothing to write home about. The wings were so so. The fire display was nice but the wings were almost overcooked and tiny. I also do not like the whole wing. I prefer just the flats instead. Now the atmosphere was nice. Great music. The live band was getting ready to play but I left before they started. The restaurant is new so I may try again in the future once they've worked the kinks out.

The atmosphere is very intimate, where you can only be 21 or older to enter. On some nights, they have live bands perform. The vibe is really warm and welcoming. The service is great. The waitresses/waiters have been pleasant and attentive EVERY time I have visited. So let's talk about the food...here's what I have eaten so far... Seafood Eggrolls: These are ridiculously good and filling. There is a sweet sauce that is drizzled on top along with a Boudin filling that is healthy and good. Shrimp and Grits: This meal is deliciously good and filling. The shrimp is enormous. Normally, I don't eat cheesy grits but these were delicious. The creole sauce that the shrimp is cooked in has a spice taste that is bearable meaning it's not too hot where you can't enjoy it. Flaming Hennessy Wings: This has a taste like no other. The meat was tender and flavorful. The presentation of the food was pleasing. It has a sweet Hennessy taste to it. If you're ever in Baton Rouge, this is a place you would want to try.

The interior is super cute with long tables with stools and smaller tables with chairs. There are even a few booths tucked away. Our bartender was super sweet and patient with us during out first visit and even helped us pick out beers that we might like. It's interesting to note how many other reviews note a plethora of IPAs - my guess is this is seasonal because there were lots of malty stouts in early March. I love a rotating menu, so this makes me excited to go back. I was between the Wendy Peffercorn and Field of Nightmares (I think? It was a chocolate peanut butter stout.). The bartender let me try both and it was hard to choose! I ended up with Wendy Peffercorn, but I definitely would have been happy with either. Looking forward to going back, maybe even for Trivia night on Tuesdays! FYI - this business participates in PubPass and even though their website doesn't indicate food service, it looks like they rotate pizzas of the day.
