We did do the invitations with his daughter which were exquisite and exactly what we hoped for but can't say the same for the video and outdated photos. I had a…read moregroupon that I have already purchased and at the time of check out the lady was like, oh but we don't take those.. and tried to sell me the whole season of pictures as a package and told me there was no other way to buy the pictures.. when i told her I wasn't gonna buy anything because of the way she presented it and I knew she was lying because I've purchased pictures there before and I know that wasn't right she started making up different options for me. I felt pushed to buy something I kept telling her I don't need and also after spending my money on a Groupon she tell me I couldn't use it I think that was not right and I should escalate the issue, i read the description of the offer to her and pointed out that what she was telling me was nowhere found on the restriction and descriptions of the offer she goes like but you know my time and my work cost more that just that.. like what!?
