She's rude, unhelpful, and has no customer empathy. We've been an Indy Irrigation customer for over 10 years, mainly because they installed our irrigation system. They're customer service has degraded year over year as their prices increased. This year we reached a breaking point. They were supposed to open our system as part of our maintenance contract. We were out of town when they arrived. They left with the water turned off at the street because one of the valves (for our garden) was stuck on. The technician didn't fix it, stating that he couldn't find the valve box. Indy Irrigation should know where it is -- they insstalled it and it's right next to the garden! We contacted them and they wanted to charge us for another trip to our house, and they couldn't guarantee when they would arrive. They were currently scheduling into July, but no guarantee. My wife told them that they were going to lose us as a customer and the woman at the office didn't budge. Ten plus years a customer, 10+ years paying annual maintenance contract. No more. Goodbye Indy Irrigation. We called another company and they are coming out at 6pm today. They recognized the urgency of the situation, and the opportunity to get a new client.

Kudos to Warweg for screwing me over on my irrigation system. I had them come out in March prior to…read moreextending my patio to move 1 sprinkler head. Billy the tech said not to worry about it now. They could move it after the job was completed. He took the sprinkler head off and handed it to me to "save me some money". He told me when the added the extended patio to have the concrete guys mark the line and they could replace the head from there. Billy never bothered to cap the disconnected line. He must habe been to busy to take care of this ocersight. Did I mention it was one (1) sprinkler head. Well the concrete guys didn't break the line. So prior to pouring the new pad, I called Warweg again. I advised them that the line wasn't broke and asked them to come mark the line. Billy told the service agent to tell me not to worry they could locate the line. Once the pad was completed at the end of April I requested that they come relocate the sprinkler head. A new tech came out and asked me where the line was. I explained that it was somewhere under the new 11x10 foot pad. He said he could try to run the water to see where the water came out. Yeah that'll work. It only has to work its way through 11x10 foot slab of concrete. He said not problem, they could locate the line with some equipment that could detect it. He left and send a supervisor. That supervisor admitted that BILLY SHOULD HAVE CAPPED THE LINE. So the new plan was to run a new line with all new heads. The cost of one head relocated versus the cost of 5 new heads and a new line.hmmmm that should be a great deal for Warweg. I was told that he would speak to his supervisor and try to reach a deal to lessen the cost. After calling for 4 weeks straight I get "the warweg deal". For $1,800 they will correct their error. I should ask them to punch me in the groin as a bonus. Such a classless unprofessional act. What would have cost me maybe $300-400 if now costing me $1800. Not a call to return my concerns, a simple email with an outrageous quote. Congratulations on building a company large enough to allow you to push the client around even when the error was on your tech Billy.
