Being new to the area, I visited several auto shops and received estimates ranging from $50 to $100, with no one feeling confident they could remove the broken screw. Then I found Precision Autobody & Collision. Not only did Joe immediately assure me he could fix the problem, but he took care of it in about 20 minutes--and didn't charge me anything. We were never contacted about delays and had to initiate all communication. Finally, after around 3 months of waiting and periodic calls we were told the waiting was for one headlight, because an OEM part could not be found. WE told them an aftermarket part would be fine as we just needed the vehicle back. In total four months went by before the car was finally ready. When we arrived, we noticed a four-inch crack in the windshield. When we brought it up, we were told it must have already been there, which was frustrating given the car had been sitting in their gravel lot for months. We were told to file a claim with our insurance instead. When driving away, the steering wheel was shaking badly due to the right front tire being underinflated (only 15 PSI). Shortly after getting the windshield replaced, we discovered the newly installed bumper wasn't even properly attached--no clips or bolts on one side. We had to bring the car back again. The owner said it should make us feel better that the technician who worked on the car had been fired. It didn't. Quality control should come from ownership, and ultimately, it's their name on the work. We were given a $10 gift card for all the inconvenience, which felt dismissive considering everything that went wrong. To top it off, a few weeks later we discovered the other headlight (not the one they replaced) wasn't even plugged in. Overall, this was a long, frustrating experience with repeated issues and poor communication. Proceed with caution.

Let me first start by saying that Brett is an honest guy and does great work! Our Truma Aquago…read morewater heater broke from the freeze in Texas and NO ONE could get us in to fix it before we were to leave on our road trip. Both of us (hub and I) resigned ourselves to the fact that we either go with cold showers in Arizona (which wasn't that bad this time of year) or use the resort facilities to shower! After settling in, Truma gave us Brett as one of the recommendations (certified to fix their water heater) to get it fixed while here. Spoke with Brett and he special ordered our parts (went on past experience for what was wrong) and came out to fix it. He gave us a very fair quote (especially labor costs) and we were set. When he arrived to fix it once the parts came in, low and behold, our heat sensor broke as well. He had to order that part overnight! The shipping costs were more than the parts. I blame Fedex for that gouge. Brett installed all the parts and then the unit and my hot water was back!!! I apologize to Brett, who is an honest guy and knows his stuff, for getting upset because of the shipping costs. That wasn't on him. He did what we asked and did a great job! Thank you Brett!
