(estimate of hull damage was what I needed done) After the estimate I had issues and decided it wasn't time to do the current repairs. Jim charged me $1000.00 for the estimate, $3xx of it was for storage which I did not know about and there wasn't a sign anywhere in the shop which states a storage fee. (had I known I would have just picked up my boat after day 1 or 2) I did get fucked in this deal imo but I did not either because now I know NOT to take my boat or recommend this shop to anyone I know. My hull was marked up with chalk and was not cleaned up upon pickup and what seems to me as more damage to my hull prior to dropping it off. I did not have any pictures to prove the before and after. (dremel and fiberglass like a child doodling on the hull inconsistent of scraping rocks and a half ass epoxy job to stick the keel guard back in place) Jim is very knowledgeable guy and I do not doubt his ability or work but what he did was shotty. I paid him to not ever do business with him in the future ever. Its sad to see there isn't a place you could trust anymore these days.

I went to book this and nowhere on the groupon does it say only valid on Tuesday and Wednesdays and nowhere does it say there will be an additional $9.65 of charges added once you make your reservation. When I print out the reservation it now says 2 for 1 margaritas, I contact Groupon and they say it includes one free margarita, Doubtful once we get on the boat that will be true but we will see. These are the extra fee's they will charge you: Port fee - $1.50 Service charge on food service - $4.40 Fuel Surcharge - $0.75 Minnesota food tax - $2.21 Fees - No explanation I would be embarrassed if I gave a gift to 2 people that cost them an extra $19.30 out of their pocket. We spent an unforgettable 10 days hiking the (express!) Inca trail to Machu Picchu and visiting Lima, The Sacred Valley, Aguas Calientes and Cusco. Another highlight was our e-bike ride through the Sacred Valley with our awesome guide Kirvi, who was so kind and on top of making sure we were safe and even getting some awesome photos and videos along the way. Our driver Abraham made us feel so welcome and kept us moving along and safe throughout our trip. The restaurants and hotels Knowmad arranged for us were excellent, and our picnic in the Sacred Valley and Pachamanca experience were unbelievable. They have brand new (last year) top of the line Bennington pontoons that you can rent in various hourly increments and a beautiful lake to explore. You can swim, fish or just toodle around the lake and live your best life. You can also rent kayaks here. The owners are really nice and super helpful. The dock hands can give you info on the best place to drop anchor for whatever type of excusion you desire. And they even have drinks and snacks for sale in case you forgot yours. My afternoon here was one of the most relaxing afternoons I've had in a really long time and I can't wait to come back again!

Owner stated "the check is in the mail" Today is Aug 28th, our check has not arrived, Anchors Aweigh has told me their is nothing they can do. Wait 90 days and have owners issue new check if original hadn't been cashed. I have called post office, spoke to mail carrier, called bank who issued check. I filed a complaint 10 days ago with BBB, no response. Owners have boat and title (as they should) they gave Anchors Aweigh their commission check and my check. I have not heard from Anchors in a few weeks and I reached out to them.
