bbq Pulled Pork Nachos
Asha B.

Came here for a date night on a weekday. First time visitor, was hopeful! Environment: Plentiful parking. The interior is a bit dark, multiple tvs with games and such. There's a bar, stool seating, and booth seating. You seat yourself. There were not too many people here. Service: Our server was kind but possibly overworked. We saw them once every 10min. It made ordering and returning incorrect food take a long time. Food: We ordered the pulled pork nachos as our appetizer. When it came out the first time, there was no bbq sauce anywhere. When I pointed it out to the server, he said it didn't come with bbq so I pointed the the menu where it said 'BBQ' in the description. He corrected himself and took it to the back to be fixed. The second time it came out, there was bbq sauce but now there was no cheese. We waited another 10min for our waiter to return from the kitchen; they apologized and offered an appetizer on the house, claiming the cook was new. We declined and left. All this took about an hour unfortunately.

The food here has been pretty good until tonight. Ordered from Uber and was really disappointed. I ordered the salmon salad and the salmon was like it came from a box of Gorton's Fisherman. It was cold and was not grilled. I called to let the restaurant know and felt belittled by the person who answered the phone. This is frozen barely microwaved salmon. I know restaurants are struggling right now, but I could have saved $15 dollars by going to the deli at Publix. I even gave them an extra $5.00 towards the restaurant support fund in good faith. But I'm not ordering from here anymore. Ordering out is kind of a treat these days, and I just don't have the tolerance to be shortchanged in such a way.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

I ordered this Togo. They didn't even fill the cup up half way. Never ordering again.

The bacon basket is amazing! Great chicken tenders too. Servers (bartenders) were friendly and took care of us quickly.

Food is Good. Management is very responsive. The place itself is kind of dark and damp... Might be because it's old.

It wasn't a dealbreaker, but I've never seen that before. I picked up the food, and my friend and I ate right in the car in front of the restaurant. The inside was super lively--music, dancing, great energy. But when I bit into the burger, it was very pink inside--not well done. I took it back in, and they remade it with no problem. To my surprise, they even restocked my curly fries, which were awesome. The final burger was fantastic. Overall, great service, great atmosphere, and despite the initial hiccup, I'd definitely return--maybe even dine in and join the fun!

BW has won the last two years Burger Week so I had high expectations. Also looking at the menu, I will be certain to visit again as it had some awesome looking burgers listed. The Burger Experience The description promised a lot: a double 1/4lb burger on a toasted brioche bun, loaded with fried mozzarella, crispy bacon, sweet-smoky bourbon bacon jam, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato. While the burger was definitely tasty it sadly missed  the mark as vibes didn't  match the promo photo or description. Maybe it was due to Burger Week Kitchen Fatigue, who knows but I hope the kitchen sees this review and steps up their presentation.  Comparing the promo shot to the actual burger was a big miss. The promo showed a perfectly architectural tower with massive onion straws, while the actual burger relied more on the fried mozzarella and bacon for bulk. It was a solid burger, but the kitchen missed the mark IMO. The Sides & Service The real star of the show might have been the Waffle Sweet Potato Fries. I asked for them to be extra crispy, and the kitchen nailed it--perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. As for the service, it was just okay. It was a busy Saturday afternoon during a Burger Week so it was a packed house, so while it wasn't stellar, it was functional. In fact, the table next to use was seated after us, had more people 4vs2 and  they served and nearly finished before our food even arrived to the table. Final Verdict If you're in Norcross it's worth a stop to check out B&W based on the menu options but don't expect too much from the Burger Week Burger.

We ordered a little of everything on the menu (burgers, chicken sandwiches, salmon, sweet potato fries, regular fries, truffle fries, mac & cheese, and vegetables. Everyone was happy with their orders and no one went home hungry that night. We found the employees to be friendly and the prices to be very fair as well. There is plenty of parking and it was a location that worked well for us. I wouldn't typically give a fast casual spot like this five stars, but it really delivered on everything we were looking for that evening. Thanks AB&BG!

There was live music outside and the patio areas were packed. Where we sat inside though had a few tables open and we were sat right away at 7pm on a Friday night. No complaints there. This is a great place for families and it's super loud inside and out so bring the kids and let them go nuts. I think the let down for me was the food. They are known for their burgers but for some reason I ordered the "Nashville Hot" chicken sandwich. I LOVE this sandwich and if I see it on the menu I tend to order it. I put the name in quotes because this was NOTHING like a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. This was a fried chicken sandwich with a squeeze of hot sauce and honey. Absolutely horrible. The breading fell off immediately and it was just gross, greasy and slippery. No flavor, no heat. The second disappointment were the onion rings. Greasy, Soggy, mushy, and again, the breading immediately fell off. They were like eating fried spaghetti. The final letdown was the service. Our server was nice when she greeted us, but we saw her maybe once during our meal. Never filled our drinks and she checked on us once during our meal. The food took 45 minutes to come to our table. I am not sure if she was new. Tonight in general was just a bust. On the bright side, my wife said that her meal was good. Lesson learned. Stick to the burgers and fries.

I didn't mind the music being loud perhaps it brought in the festive evening of it being Nee Year's Eve. Although a bit hard to hear conversation but we managed. I loved all the decorations celebrating Christmas and New Year's Eve. Really done up inside the restaurant. There were lots of tables, very large bar and there is even a back side with a whole other room. Not sure if it's for larger parties or the general public as well. Didn't know about it until I walked through to check the restaurant out. We ordered Margaritas and for the price of $6.50 they were very good, can't complain. I shared a bbq bacon burger with my husband and it was delicious. We were asked how we wanted our meat cooked. The burger was large enough to share along with fries which were very good as well. I suppose they could have been a bit hotter for my liking. My daughter enjoyed their steak plate said it was cooked nicely and very tasty. Our son-in-law opted for chili hot dogs which came with two and fries. He too enjoyed them and didn't finish the two. It seemed like there were many regulars chit chatting with each other. They do have an outside dining area but it wasn't being manned that evening. Also have an outside smoking area accessible through the main dining room. The women's bathrooms were even decorated for the holidays which was fun!! The staff were friendly but we had many different servers which struck us funny. Definitely will return with our kids. Reading the menu items, it seems the food is fresh and made when ordered. Apparently the pizza dough is made fresh daily so I'd like to try it next time. The menu has many options to try.

However, it was picking up when we left around 4:45 pm. We decided to try several happy hour appetizers to test out the food. We got Maple Bacon (Oh My!), cheesy bread, lemon pepper tater tots and my spouse got the Happy Hour burger. The manager surprised us with some BBQ chips. D was very personable and engaging with us. The food came out quickly. It was very delicious...my spouse says the burger is amazing when you add the maple bacon to it. Happy hour portions and prices are very good. The only suggestion is to verify your check. They bring a pay device that shows your amount. I paid the bill and Jason asked if I wanted a printout. I said yes because I scan them into a rewards app. When looking at the bill, I noticed that the happy hour burger charged at full price.
