I came to Miami for Art Basel. This place was about 15 mins from where I was staying. I wanted a nice, chill, calm place to smoke hookah. I didn't want an overcrowded, noisy, messy place. I read the reviews and figured that this spot would be perfect. Boy was I right! First and foremost I was greeted immediately by Laura. Her smile lights up a room and she was super nice. She seated me and immediately attended to my needs with amazing customer service. I ordered a hookah recommended by here as well as some moscato. Laura was super attentive. Checked on me all the time, made sure my hookah was pulling correctly-they even give you a little cup of complimentary popcorn. She was just perfect. But it gets better! The owner, Feras, is also just a remarkable person. He makes it his business to greet each and every person in his establishment. Every piece, painting...has a story behind it. He had a dream and and he labored and brought it to life. I have never met a person who did so much for their establishment! I mean he built pieces in there! Created hookahs, innovated drinks-the originality of this place is so beautiful and becomes more beautiful if you ask/hear about its history. I appreciated his hard work and dedication to doing what he loved. This spot is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy good food, good company and a great ambience. I wasn't hungry when i went but they do offer food. They also have an amazing brunch deal that one should check out! I went two nights in a row. The second night I tried a different hookah flavor, mango something...which was great as well. I had a different server (don't know her name, sorry) but she was also super nice. They all serve you with wide genuine smiles on your face. They all make eye contact, ask if you're okay and check on you. The staff has an amazing way of making you feel valued which was why I came back 2 days in a row. Laura made me an amazing drink, but It was pink and amazing. Yesterday I got some hot tea. Good prices, great attention, hookah was good but awkward ambience. Music was playing very low so everyone could hear what you were talking about. They were playing salsa and merengue which in my opinion did not go with the type of environment. Would be good to have a DJ playing or maybe have a set playlist with different genres instead of playing the first song that comes to mind. Omg yes!!!! This hookah lounge is the A+ chilling spot. We have been to many other hookah lounges throughout south Florida. And this is it! Our party of 8 were promptly seated and complimentary popcorn was brought out. The decor was simple and clean and in no way does it smells like anybody smokes anything inside. The air is clear, not all cloudy and smoky like most places. Our hookah was so smooth and refreshing. We order two buckets of beer, wine, fries, two hookahs, 5 water bottles and the bill was ~$111.00. Where do you even get that nowadays?! The staff!!! The nicest and most amazingly soft spoken people I've ever met. They were so attentive and did everything they can to make us feel comfortable. If I had one complaint that would be the music. It was really low and a weird mix of music. But everything else was so wonderful that we just put music on our phone and chilled for 2 hours. Let me tell you the atmosphere from 11 AM when they opened till close, did not lie. At 11 AM I got here, Feras the owner, welcomed my buddy and I, with the perfect hospitality. I tried the Calle Ocho, fell in love. Feras, sat with us, this man gives you the VIP treatment at all times. From 11 AM till 5:30 PM when I left, studied most of that time in the perfect environment, and my hookita was perfect. I came back at 9 PM. Feras, sold me on the flavor of the double apple, and the flavor captured my love. I went through this whole bowl by myself, had full flavor the whole time, it was impossible to put hose down. The environment here created by Feras is so home friendly, I met four different people and all six of us sat down to chat and enjoy our hookitas. You know it's a good time, when by 12 Am none of us had looked at the time. Feras, is regularly changing the coals, prepping your hookita. That flavor will be there from beginning to start. Overall, would I come here again? I got there first on Sunday night, came back on Monday the whole day to make sure I wasn't dreaming. This is the best place for hookah in all of South Florida.
