When we arrived no one else was in the store so we took our time browsing, familiarizing ourselves and chatting with the employee who was eager to help and answer our questions. We've been to a few other smoke shops but none as large as this one that was so well organized with the variety of products they have to choose from. We purchased what we came in for and a few extra things. The prices are comparable and the quality was exactly what we hoped for.

Have purchased numerous high priced items during that time. That will no longer be the case moving forward. My spouse mistakenly purchased a package of dry CBD and went back into the store less than 30 minutes after realizing she had gotten the wrong item and informed them that she hadn't realized the wrong item was handed to her as she asked for another variation of dry flower, not CBD. Long story short, the shop refused to exchange the item. I did not want my money back. I did not want to do business elsewhere. I simply wanted an item mistakenly purchased moments before (still unopened and sealed) to be exchanged for the item my spouse intended to purchase. Given the associate and manager had JUST sold the product to my spouse moments before, it's clear there is no consideration for customer service, particularly for those who have been loyal over the year (proof is in my rewards account history if the shop doubts how much I've spent there). As others have said, there are plenty of other options in West Pines where you won't be taken advantage of. Very disappointing given how much I USED to talk this place up.

I thought all those drive through places in that area were about the same but I learned today i could have saved a lot had I been going to one place just down the street. I picked up 15 cartons and it was right at a thousand dollars. Then i looked at what i spent just 2 years ago, and i understand prices go up every yeqar with inflation but this place goes up way too much and too often. Its unfortunate because i like this place otherwise, but 2 yrs ago to the month it was alot lower, jump up to now price per carton has gone up $15 per carton....which means if you purchase a lot, and for me its atleast a dozen, thats a difference of $180 fyi. One place down he street, in the opposite direction, was close to their prices but still about $1 lower. Now a buck is not a lot but again, if you purchase alot like me, thats $15. Every bit adds up.
