What a great experience, the Office staff was able to get me a home inspection on two days notice, the other inspection companies were booked out 7-8 days. The guys inspecting the house had arrived ahead of time and were waiting when I got there 10 min before the appointment time. They were all over the house, in the attic and crawl spaces. They ran each appliance to Make sure that it worked, and did what it was designed to do properly. Tested every outlet inside and out, heat, A/C, water heater for temp and electric connections, sinks, drains, roof, outside of the house for rotting wood and decay. Was very impressed. After the inspection we sat down and went over all of their findings(good and bad) on a laptop were they explained each picture to me and what it was going to be used for in the final report.
