Honor has some capable and promising staff. They try hard to do their jobs well for the customers. Then there is the leadership that recently instituted a new Bill Pay system. It seems as if they purchased this system before they tested it. It has many flaws and causes confusion. They just dropped it on us customers one day and asked for feedback and questions. They seem to ignore all feedback and answer questions with poor explanations. Bottom line is that they seem to have acquired a poor Bill Pay structure and now customers are just stuck it. Not a great way to make customers happy. Someone should look into how well they evaluated and tested with Bill Pay before they committed to it. Not great at all. read more

All the staff of the Cassopolis branch have been very pleasant, personable and neighborly. We know this is a family bank with a long, unbroken, healthy, family-owned history. We've been customers for a few years now. I had to go on a medical leave and for planning purposes…read morewe contacted them about the possibility of skipping a car payment and a truck payment just to be safe. As it turns out because our payments have been on auto pay for the whole time of our loans and we pay half of a car payment every two weeks. We were actually two months ahead on our car payment and were advised by the representative on the phone that we didn't need to skip a payment because we were already ahead with nothing due until October. This was in July and we also checked their website which also said nothing was due in September. They since have said that it was too early for it to show us that however, on September 12, I took an additional screenshot that said zero dollars due on September 5. Yet they continue to harass us for a payment. They said it was too soon on the website to show that anything was due, but how can seven days after the payment being due be too soon for the website to show that something is due? And also if your website is wrong, then your live representative should not have also acknowledged that we were ahead. The fact that we were ahead really made sense considering that there are some months that we pay a car payment and a half because we pay half of a car payment every two weeks. Furthermore, when my husband asked them to pull the tape for the recorded call the lady says that we acknowledge that we owed a payment in September, this did not happen. I was standing right next to my husband when he had the conversation and we even discussed with the representative what the website said. When my husband asked to hear this call, she said she didn't know if we were allowed to hear it or not so not only do they record your calls and refuse to possibly let you listen to them to validate what was being said. Their website is inaccurate. And now they are harassing us. We have literally never been late with a car payment and this is how they treat us. And now they are offering to let us skip payments that shouldn't have already even been due if we pay an extra $50. Again, I do have a time stamped screenshot showing seven days after the date they are saying the payment was due that it said we had zero due.
