They lie to your face and there is never a manager around to discuss a complaint. They take your money without explaining anything to you. Just a warning that they had a significant amount of money in my account for 6 months and only paid 65 cents of interest. I got a runaround on a promotion they had that they didn't pay out. Grab a cup of coffee too if you want. I also use Chase to pay all my bills online and many other uses as well. They have not disappointed me in any way. What else can I say?
